"I wasn't looking for anyone when I met Soda," you began nervously, "but somehow, this perfect human being waltzed into my life. Little did I know that one day I'd get to call him my boyfriend, my fiancé, and now, my husband. Soda, you make me happier than I ever thought I could be. You fill my life with joy and excitement. Every day is an adventure and I'm so lucky to spend them with you. I vow to love you no matter what. To take care of you when you're down. I promise to be there for you, in thick and thin and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you."
You looked up from your paper only to see Soda trying so hard not to cry.
"There's no way I can top that." Soda said, laughing slightly, "but here it goes."
You braced yourself for the most heartfelt, beautiful vows that would probably get you crying.
"I remember when I first met you," Soda began, "I was like, 'I need to go talk to this girl.' Steve remembers."
You and Soda both looked back at Steve who simply nodded.
"Somehow, talking to you was the easiest thing I've ever done. Maybe it's because I've had practice. Or maybe it's because you were the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. Either way, in that moment, I knew you were the one. You put up my stupidity and craziness better than Darry does."
"Hey!" Darry exclaimed, smiling."
"It's true, though." Pony said.
Soda smiled, "Y/N, I promise myself to you. My heart, my soul and mind. I want to spoil you like no one has done before. I'll take care of you when you're sick and carry you when your feet hurt. I'll dance with you when your favorite song comes up. You're the greatest woman that's ever been in my life and I'm excited to spend the rest of it with you by my side. I love you, Y/N."
"I love you too." You said, wiping the tears from your eyes.
"With the power invested in me, I pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride."
You and Soda's lips collided as everyone cheered for you.
"I love you Sodapop Curtis!" You exclaimed.
Soda took your hand, "I love you too, Y/N."
