Nisha Point of View

"Patricia, you are welcome to attend Blyth Otwa Academy with us," said FE-R001, addressing Patricia.

Upon hearing this, I was taken aback and stared at FE-R001 and Patricia. It seemed like Patricia had known something all along, keeping quiet about it. I couldn't help but feel completely oblivious to what was happening.

"Nisha, we'll tell you later. Let's get started," FE-R001 interjected, leaving me with no other option but to comply. We went over everything again, and eventually, our discussions came to a halt. As we walked out of the village, everyone was looking at us. Patricia's hair was disheveled from a mother who had hugged her. It appeared to be Patricia's mother who showed affectionate concern.

"Patricia should be looked after. She isn't of legal age yet. We're here in this hidden town because I don't want her to get involved in this disaster," explained FE-R001 to Patricia's father.

As we turned around, we noticed a man approaching us. He seemed like every other father in the area, with long hair, a dirty appearance, and dressed only in shorts.

Patricia rushed to her father's feet and clung to them tightly. Her father gently tousled her hair as he scooped her up in his arms.

"I'm confident you'll have a happy life on the inside. She won't let you down. Just keep in mind what I've said, even the ones I've taught you," Patricia's father expressed his thoughts, addressing both FE-R001 and Patricia.

The girl simply nodded and wrapped her arms around her father even tighter. I couldn't help but silently grin, noticing Patricia's deep affection for her father. Until now, I had never thought Patricia was capable of fighting, but her strong bond with her father showed a different side of her.

"We have to get out of here," FE-R001 said urgently. Patricia's father lowered his daughter gently, acknowledging the need to leave. Patricia rushed up to me and grabbed my hand, and I couldn't help but smile at her gesture.

With heartfelt goodbyes exchanged, we turned away from them and began our journey back to camp. Silence enveloped us, and no one wanted to disrupt the solemn mood. The village's surroundings were picturesque, and a pleasant breeze filled the air, but Blyth Otwa Academy held a unique charm. It felt almost like being in a cave, with carefully crafted artificial elements adding to its authenticity. I couldn't help but think that my brother was capable of achieving anything.

Mr. Santiago appeared to be waiting for us in the outgoing forest. As we approached him, I noticed Scarlette standing behind him, still seemingly lost in her thoughts and not reacting to our arrival. I chose to focus on Mr. Santiago and disregarded Scarlette's distant demeanor.

"Take good care of her, Nisha. Patricia's clothes will be with you in Scarlette's room. Simply return here once you've finished fixing her," Mr. Santiago expressed his thoughts.

I heeded his advice without hesitation. Keeping a firm grip on Patricia's hand, we made our way towards our room. Patricia remained quiet, showing signs of unease in the situation. She kept rolling her eyes, seemingly annoyed or agitated.

"Are they illusions?" Patricia's unexpected question caught me off guard. I glanced at her as we walked, and with a shrug, I guided her up the stairwell.

"I don't know," was my only response.

Everything in this place seemed like illusions, even I could admit that. My brother's brilliance allowed him to conjure up bizarre things that appeared real, but I wasn't overly concerned about it. I was sure he had various motives for keeping everything hidden.
