Peaceful Revenge

H-hm..?

Why is it... so uncomfortable? I felt a floor under me instead of a couch, too tired to bother getting up. I chalked it up to falling off the couch in my sleep and tried focusing on going back to sleep instead. That is, until a few other things became clear. I couldn't hear anyone else nor the crackling fire that had lulled me to sleep in the first place. I opened my eyes and as my vision cleared, I began to worry.

Instead of the cozy living room I was in before, I was on the floor of a stone cell.  I quickly stood up and my head spun from the motion, making me lean into the wall. The walls were stone brick but the ground was clean stone. The only wall the wasn't blocked was a wall of iron bars and stone brick, an iron door blocking my exit.

Where am I?! How did this happen?!

Ok, think Anna. I moved to lean against the wall fully and breathed deeply.

Hmmm... I was in Notch's living room, so that means it had to be one of the bosses or something, right? But why would they? They all seem to like me aside from Wither, and I haven't met him yet. It's not like anyone can enter Notch's realm, they had to either be one of them or someone they know. Maybe I just haven't met them yet?

I couldn't hear anything but my own movements and the air around me felt hot, the bricks warm to the touch. Either I am deep underground or in the nether but I can't tell yet. I glanced back at the wall of bars and scoffed slightly. I could absolutely get out of here, but what if it's a group of people and they spot me? I'm by no means harmless but I'm no H.

My gaze shifted towards the hallway as heavy footsteps made their way towards me. Eventually they got here and I froze.

"For someone so small, you sleep like a rock." Wither chuckled. I scooted farther into the cell and he laughed this time. "Trust me, girly, if I was going to hurt you I would have already."

How are Ed and Wither the intimidating ones compared to Notch and H? I looked him over cautiously, not moving despite his words. He's taller than me but shorter than H and Ed. Dark brownish-red hair and deep red eyes, he looked as if he could set me on fire with a glare alone. Over each shoulder was a wither skull, both pointed at me as well. He noticed me staring and rolled his eyes, dismissing them with a single wave.

"Seriously. I'm not going to hurt you. In fact, I don't even plan on keeping you in this cell." I narrowed my eyes but dared to cross the room, an arms length away.

"... really?"
"Yep. Depending."
"Depending on what?"

"I've got an offer for you."

"I'm listening." I mumbled. I don't really like deals, but I don't really have much of a choice right now.

"Good. So this is more of a prank than an actual kidnapping. Brine and your friends pissed me off the other day and went too far, so it's time to teach them a lesson. So what better way to get them back than to scare them a little?"

"Um, doing what you already did to their house?" I answered, smiling a bit. I calmed down slightly since the danger was gone for the most part. I still don't trust him, but I'll take his word for now.

"That was just the beginning. If Creeps wants a war with me than she gets a war with me. Hopefully this'll teach them a lesson not to blow up a Boss Mob's home five times now."

"Five times?!" Boss mob problems confuse me yet again! I almost miss the mundane days of owning a bakery. "I'm not even going to ask."

"Smart move. Anyway, here's my offer: You cooperate with my little prank and I'll be nice to you." He shrugged with a smug smile. "Say no and you get to stay in this dungeon until this is all over. It usually lasts a while. Maybe even a month if they don't figure out it was me."

"I see."
"So what is it, princess?"
"...They did this five times now?"

"Yes." He growled. "And stole from my victory collection." After a second I smiled and sighed.

"Ok, I'll help." I shrugged. He looked shocked and I giggled. "What? You expect a no?"

"From what I heard, your incredibly loyal. So yeah."

"I am. But I also know my friends. They don't listen to words and if your really being peaceful about this, then sure. Sounds fun."

"Great! Betray me and your screwed."
"Likewise."

I walked to the door as he flipped a switch across the room. I heard it unlock and walked out, him locking it behind me.

"So, how are we doing this? Can't two of them just teleport to me or you?"

"Not if I block them from it." I rose an eyebrow and followed him down the hall. "Plus, they can't teleport to me anyway."

"Why?"

"Long story short, they anger me on purpose and I don't care for their random visits anymore." He answered, annoyed. "The con to that is that only us boss mobs can do that so you'll have to stay down here until I'm off their suspicion list."

"I thought you said I didn't have to stay in a cell." I pouted.

"You don't." He shrugged.
