"Just hold on tight."
"Can't we just teleport?"
"We don't know which island it's on."
"So?"
"Your confusing me for an enderman, hun."

The closer to the edge we got, the harder my clinging became. I'm not usually this scared of heights but I'm not usually putting my life in someone else's hands with absolutely no land below us. Not to mention I've never been this close to falling off one of these islands before. He let go of my hand and summoned his dragon features back. The wind coming from his wings suddenly unfolding made me stumbled and kicked my fears into high gear without his hand to cling to. I jumped back and hugged Ed, clinging to him in terror.

"I-I can't do it. Can't you just do it and I stay here?" I mumbled into him. I felt him hug me back but got no comfort from it.

"You'd have the stronger connection, Anna. Why do you think I couldn't find them?"

"I don't know nor want to."
"What if it is him?"

What if it isn't? Why would he be here, he hates the End! I feel like this is just a trick to get me flying with him or maybe just to get rid of this nagging feeling even I'm getting now. Either way, I don't like it!

"You'd never leave him out here just because your scared, right?" Oh you jerk.

"No."

"Exactly." Sigh. "Ann, look at me." I begrudgingly looked up at him. "I swear on my life, I will never drop you."

"Those are some big words, Eddy." His wings perked up a little at that and I tried my hardest not to smile. Why does he get to be so damn cute? "They better be true."

"A thousand percent and more." He purred. Ugh. I think I've discovered another weakness of mines. "Ready to go?"

"As much as I'll ever be."

He kneeled slightly to get a better grip around me and I squeezed my eyes shut. He never said I had to keep them open! He stepped off the edge and his grip around me tightened, wind flowing by us told me we weren't on the ground anymore. A few minutes later I still wasn't use to it but the sense I had on my brother was fading

"It's fading." I called.

"Got it." I felt us shift directions and wanted nothing more than to be on the ground already. I'm not too sure how long we were flying but it was way longer, the feeling getting stronger now.  "What about now, Anna?"

"It's stronger." The only effort I could muster was nodding in a direction. "Coming from that way."

"There aren't many islands this way, hun. We're almost done." I hummed an answer I doubt he heard.

Eventually that sense is all I focused on. It felt warm and familiar but right now, that wasn't a good thing. Who took my brother to the End and why? He hates it here, he borderline fears it. Not even the dragon, just the void. Now I'm sure of it, he got taken. He'd never set a foot here willingly.

"Right below us!" I said, quickly. I clung to him harder as we fell fast. I heard his wings again and we slowed down, landing on the ground gently. I shakily let go of him, my legs giving out under me. "Uuugh."

"Are you OK?" He asked, kneeling down and lifting my head up. "How do you feel?"

"Like whoever stole my brother is a deadman." I pouted, annoyed. That's definatly Freddy. I don't know how I know, but this feeling is unmistakably his. Ed chuckled.

"Oh, yes he is. At least I didn't break you." He cooed and helped me up. "I'll get Endie."

"Tell him not to bring my brothers."
"Why?"
"Your the Enderdragon."
"Oh yeah, that's a thing."
"And to bring Zach."
"Ugh, I hate him already."
"You don't like a lot of people, Ed"
"Touche."

He called an enderman to us and told him to get Endie and Brine. They nodded in response. What I didn't expect was for them to make eye contact with me and nod to me as well. They disappeared and Ed through an arm over my shoulders, his wing already around me. I have his coat but it's still cold out here. They better have given him a damn blanket.

"What was that about?"
"The enderman can tell when I trust someone."

"Huh, cool."
"So let's pinpoint where that base is."

We walked across the island, not wanting to run or anything incase we were wrong. After a few minutes we hit a third across the place and I stopped. Right here; I could feel many cold feelings under us, too.

Freddy's right here.

They really did trap him here. It's been a month and a half, was he really here the whole time? Is he scared right now? What if they hurt him?! My mind ran on it's own, my stare growing cold.

How dare they steal my little brother?

"Anna?" I clung to Ed's hand and he gave me a worried look.

"Please," I haven't felt like this in a long time. I don't like how easy hurting them all sounds to me. My mind is justifying it so quickly. I don't like it- but they aren't getting away with this. "Don't think bad of me after this."
