It was raining fire at the wall of Ba Sing Se, the army rushing the great Capital to regain control. "Shield!" a Commander shouted, Earthbenders' slamming their feet against the ground as a wall of rock shot up, protecting the front line. "Forward!"

Jun lowered her section, moving up. Iroh clasped their girl's shoulder tightly from behind, causing her to glance over. "Can you do this?" he asked.

Her eyes blazed with determination. "Just cover my back."

The General nodded as they approached the outer shell. "Hold them back!"

The benders' threw themselves into position, throwing away attacks that dropped from the wall. But Jun concentrated, hands pressing against the dirt. "It's deep," she stated. "Too much to dig."

"Then cut right through it!" the Commander ordered, punching a boulder into the air.

Fists slamming into the surface they embedded in the rock, the Earthbender feeling around. "There's a whole army waiting on the other side! Be ready!"

"How soon until you're done?" Iroh questioned, the remaining forces of the army waiting for his signal to move in.

The wall began to crack and bend. "Soon..."

On the other side, the Fire Nation forces waited in the streets as those on the wall held the resisting army at bay. "We can take them!" someone shouted, the others cheering in agreement. "There's no way they can breech the wall without walking through the main gate! We-!"

The sound of cracking reached their ears over the roar of the fire, all looking towards the splitting rock. Their faces began to pale. It suddenly exploded, Jun taking ahold of each piece and manipulating it into a shield. "Knock their heads in!" she shouted, as the squad broke through.

Iroh fired off a flare and the whole army advanced.

There were rocks and fire flying everywhere as each attack was performed with the intent to dominate their opponent. "We're forcing them back!" an Earthbender yelled in excitement.

Jun whirled around, hooking her foot around a Firebender and throwing him to the ground before he reached the caught off guard fighter. "Don't let your guard down for a second!" she ordered and the young man nodded in surprise.

Crouching low a fireball flew overhead, hand scooping into the ground and throwing it up into the man's face. It knocked him out immediately.

"Jun!" Iroh's voice came, drawing her attention, but did not stray from the opponents surrounding her. "Move towards the palace!"

"It's time to make a path!" she announced with a grin. Arms pulling up two walls of rock formed on each side, before being forced away, pushing back the Firebenders.

The road in front of the teen began to bend and warp under everyone's feet, causing them to stumble and loose concentration. And some sections shot into the air, taking the enemy with it. "Move it! You heard General Iroh!"

"Yes, ma'am!" the men snapped to attention quickly, too nervous to say anything against her. Jun cleared a path with every turn they took. Even as the comet grew closer and closer with each second the Earthbender pushed the walls of flames back. Soon, the courtyard was in their sight, the palace army spilling out of the doors.

"Do not stop until we have claimed victory!" a Commander shouted, the White Lotus forces cheering in agreement.

Jun fought hard with every fiber in her body, performing intricate Earthbending movements Toph and herself designed, as well as techniques used by masters. None of the Firebenders could see through the attacks, leaving her untouchable.
