Chapter 32

*Phil's POV* (Jump to the weekend again)

"Wake up Phil" Dan shook me, I groaned and opened my eyes "What is it?" I asked sleepily "I'm bored so wake up" he pouted "Well i'm sleepy" I yawned and he hit me with a pillow "You need to stop doing that every time you wake up" I said sitting up "Well its fun" he said kissing my cheek. I layed back down and Dan stared at me "What?" I asked him "Do you love me?" He asked "That's a silly question, of course I love you" I laughed "Then will you tell me your vows" he asked "Dan they won't be vows if I tell you" I said stroking his cheek "Please, just the first one?" he pouted "Fine, but just the first one" I was just thinking about this a couple days ago "I take you, Daniel James Howell to be my best friend, faithful partner and true love" I said softly smiling at him, he kissed my lips softly "What about yours?" I asked "Well um, I haven't thought of mine yet" he said nervously blushing "Don't worry you have plenty of time to think of them" I said kissing him. We got out of bed and headed downstairs Dan's dad was sat at the dining table drinking coffee and reading some documents "Good morning boys" he smiled "Phil, I have a couple of things I need to talk to you about" I had mixed feelings when he said that "W-what is it? Is everything alright?" I asked him "Yes don't worry" he smiled "I was able to get your father into house arrest until the trial so he won't have to stay in prison, so saying that they agreed to house arrest that means we have a very good chance of winning this" I was speechless "R-really? He can come home?" My eyes started to tear up, my dad would be able to come home even if its house arrest I was so happy. "So as you know that Ben sort of damaged the house from the inside and it needs repairing so that could be a problem" he explained "He could move in with me and Dan until it gets repaired" Dan and I were planning to move into our house soon now "Yeah that's not a problem at all, it'll be good you'll be able to spend time with your dad" Dan smiled at his dad "That's great. And one more thing, Ben was arrested last night" he said, that news made me feel relaxed, after everything he did he had to be put behind bars. "Can I see him?" I asked "Are you serious Phil?" Dan asked with wide eyes "Yeah I need to speak to him" I said "Yeah you can, but it will be through those soundproof walls and phones" his dad explained and I nodded my head.

We went to the station and Dan and his dad stood by the door, the officer brought Ben in, we both picked up the phone "What are you doing here?" He asked coldly "I had to speak to you" I said calmly "Why the fuck are those two here, what are they? Your body guard?" He asked in a very rude tone of voice "That would be my father in law and fiancé" I answered back coldly he just looked at me in disgust. "I just needed to ask,why? Why did you do all this?" he laughed it wasn't a happy laugh "Because I hate you, I hate what you are. When we were younger it was all about you, I saw you for what you were a faggot" he said "You're crazy, hating me is not a good reason to do what you did, you're crazy Ben and now you're getting what you deserve" I set the phone down and and left, I didn't want to waste any time talking to him when I could be getting my things ready to move in with Dan, I needed an answer and I got it. "Can we go now?" I asked Dan's father "Just a second, your father will be coming with us, you and Dan can wait by the car" we did as we were told, we stood there waiting for about 15 minutes when Dan's father and my father came out, as he walked up to me tears started falling down my cheeks I ran up and hugged him "Dad, you're coming home" I said softly and he hugged me back "Y-Yes, yes I am" his voice was shaky as he was trying not to cry.

"We just need to stop by our place to get your things" Dan's dad said, we got out of the car and in the house and saw that his mum had already brought our bags down "Thank you so much for letting me stay with you Mrs. Howell, I know I was trouble so I appreciate it" I said and she hugged me tight "You're no trouble at all dear, it was nice having you around" she said, next was Dan's turn "Looks like it's time for my little baby to move on with his life, I'm going to miss you" she said hugging him "I'm only 15 minutes away mum" Dan said hugging her tight "I know but I'll miss you, and don't forget you still have classes" she said and we both laughed "Really mum? That's your biggest concern?" Dan laughed "Its your final year Daniel. And Phil take care of my baby okay?" She smiled and I nodded.

*Dan's POV*

We reached the house and dragged our bags inside "I haven't seen this place since you were a baby Philip, it looks great" Phil's dad said, Phil looked at him and smiled at him "I'm glad you're here dad. You can go upstairs and freshen up, it must feel great to get out of that horrible place" Phil said "Yeah it is" his agreed before heading upstairs. "So we're finally here now" I said hugging Phil "Yes. And thank you for being understanding about my dad" He said hugging back "That's not a problem I don't mind" I smiled. "I have a surprise for you" Phil said smiling "No more surprises Phil please" I sighed "Come on you'll love this" he said standing behind me covering my eyes leading me to the living room "You can look" he says moving his hands away, it was a beautiful piano "Phil.." I was speechless "I know how much you love playing the piano, so we need one in our house" he smiled at me, I sat on the stool and tried it out Phil sat next to me "It sounds amazing" I said, I loved it "I wish I knew how to play" Phil sighed "I said I'll teach you remember?" I said, I made him sit up and I put my hand over his and pressed the keys with him "That's not teaching, Dan" he laughed "No, but it's fun" I said kissing cheek and we both laughed. Phil turned around so he was facing me, he grabbed my face and leaned in, with our lips barely touching he whispered "I love you so much" I stared into his blue eyes "I love you too" he kissed my jawline and down my neck I closed my eyes as he moved the collar of my shirt and started kissing my collar bones "Phil I was wondering.. Erm sorry" it was his dad, I felt my cheeks turn pink, Phil was blushing "Uh, I was wondering if you needed me to assemble anything? I need to pass my time" he said awkwardly. "Dad, I got these gardening supplies a few days ago they're in the shed in the backyard, I remember how much you love gardening" Phil said smiling "You remember that? Well I know what I'll be doing, l'll be in the backyard if you need me" he smiled big before heading to the backyard "That was awkward" I laughed nervously getting up from the stool and sitting on the couch "Well at least we were dressed this time so not as awkward when Peter walked in on us" Phil laughed sitting close to me, he leaned forward and kissed me and then went back to trailing kisses down my neck and kissing my collar bones, I closed my eyes "that feels good" I whispered, I heard Phil laugh silently kissing my collar bones. He trailed kisses back up to my neck he gently biting it and sucking at my skin which made me moan a bit "What's with you and biting my neck" I laughed softly "I'm leaving a love bite" he said kissing and then stroking the mark he left on my neck with his thumb. "Can I try?" I asked nervously biting my lip and Phil nodded, I leaned in and kissed his lips before kissing his neck, I left trails of kisses down his neck, I tried to be careful as I bit his neck "Ouch Dan not that hard" Phil said laughing gently "I'm sorry" I said kissing the same spot. "Like this" he says hovering over me and leaves love bites on my neck, he then again moved the collar of shirt and started kissing my collar bone again which drove me crazy "You really like that don't you?" Phil asked between leaving kisses "mhm it feels really good" I said softly. "Phil, I-ive been meaning to ask you something" I said "What is it?" He asked while going back to kissing my neck "Remember when we were talking about starting a family in the future? H-how many kids would you want?" It was difficult to talk as I was distracted, Phil kept kissing and biting at my neck "2 kids, we'd be the perfect family" he said between kisses. "W-what names do you like?" I asked, Phil was making it really hard for me to finish my sentences "Mmm, Nathan for a boy, and Melissa for  a girl" he continued kissing my neck and his hand went up my shirt I gasped. "P-phil, d-do you.." I couldn't finish my question "I can tell you like this, I know how to get to you" he smirked kissing down my neck, and gently biting my collar bone leaving love bites before sitting up and pecking my lips. "We need to prep dinner" he said, I groaned and he laughed. I got up and looked in the mirror looked at my neck and collar bone "Well these will be fun hiding" I joked buttoning my shirt up to hide the love bites,Phil kissed my cheek and then lead me to the kitchen.
