"I'm going to miss you." He said looking at me packing from my bed.

"It's only two weeks, you'll survive." I said getting in his arms after closing my trunk.

"Yes, but it's too long." He said burying his head in my chest.

"I love it when you're being a soft baby." I said laughing.

"I'm not a soft baby."

"Of course not." I said sarcastically.

"But I'll miss you too." I said kissing the top of his head.

"We should get going." I added again.

He got up and took both of our trunks.

"I can carry mine." I said.

"Don't worry, I got it." He said taking out his wand and proceeding to make our luggage fly.

God, I loved magic.

We got to the Hogwarts Express and sat in a compartment with Ron and Hermione. Draco knew they were my friends so he got nicer to them. Even if it was still a little bit hard for him and Harry to get along they were civil around me. Harry had forgiven me and we were friends again.

"Are you guys excited about going back home?" Hermione asked.

"Not really." Draco said.

"I am." Ron added.

"Why not?" I asked Draco.

"I like it here." He said.

"Well I really miss my mum, I can't wait to see her." I said.

The rest of the train ride was pretty peaceful. Draco didn't talk much, he was probably trying to keep calm and not insult my friends.

Later on, Harry and Cedric came. We played some muggle games with my deck of cards. Hermione and Harry already knew most of the games, but the rest of them didn't have a clue about what we were doing. Cedric catched up easily on the rules and Draco didn't pay much attention to it, but was pretty decent. Ron, on the other hand thought it was hard to catch up and would always propose we play some wizards chess.

When the train arrived at the platform, we took our trunks and got off the Hogwarts Express. I eyed the platform, looking for my mum. When I catched sight of her I waved in her direction and then, turned towards Draco.

"My mum's here, I have to go my love." I said.

"Okay, have a great spring break. I'll write to you." He said taking me in his arms.

"I'll miss you." I said.

"Now, look who's soft." He said in a chuckle.

"I'm not!"

"Okay you're not. I'll miss you too, a lot."

"I don't want to let go."

"Then, don't. I could stay here forever. I don't care about the people around."

"But I have to go." I said looking up at him.

"Promise you'll write back." He said locking eyes with him.

"Promise." I said before kissing his lips, softly.

"Go on, your mum's waiting I think." He said before letting go of me.

"Bye." I said before turning away.

"Hello mum!"

"Hi my dear." She said, taking me in her arms.
