His pacing hadn't faltered for almost an hour, and I was getting antsy. If he didn't stop soon I'd have no choice but to move. He kept giving me glances, and at first they seemed threatening, but after this long they had taken on a worried tone. He finally slowed to a stop in the middle of the cavern. "I have come to a conclusion."

"What about?"

"You." He raised his eyebrow in a 'don't-test-me' fashion.

"Oh."

"You will remain here, under my surveillance. Under no circumstances are you to step outside of this cave. If you do I will know. Do not try to contact anypony, and I mean anypony. No one can know where I am, or that you are with me.

I stifled a yawn.

"Does Celestia know?"

"About what?" I cocked my head to the side.

"All of this, bond business," He mumbled.

"She knows that I bonded, but she doesn't know who with-"

"Good. Let's keep it that way."

The effects of the moon had finally fizzled out completely, leaving me with an overpowering exhaustion. After trying to hold it back I let out a loud yawn, before hiding my face between my hooves in embarrassment.

"Sorry..." I whispered.

"It's- it's fine. I'll bet the time has passed 3 in the morning now. Sleep. I'll see you in the morning." I heard him slowly walking over to the end of the cavern. "And don't. Fucking. Leave."

I couldn't help but nod incessantly even though I knew he didn't need an answer. He probably wasn't even looking at me.

"You can stop nodding."

Oh. Nevermind.

I rested my head on my front hooves in an effort to make myself more comfortable. It didn't work. Constant shifting seemed to be making Sombra annoyed and when his low growl reverberated around the cavern, I stopped where I was. I could hear him mutter a 'finally' before light snoring came from his end of the cavern. I stayed in my position for about ten minutes before realising sleeping on the spiked, stony, dirt-ridden, spider-infested floor was a bad idea. I got to my hooves and looked over at Sombra, in his bed. Shit, this was going to get me in so much trouble in the morning... What if he completely loses it and kills me on the spot?

No, no that's a problem for the morning Y/N. This is me now. I made my way over to the bed and clambered in, pulling the covers over me gently. I prayed he wouldn't wake up. Instead of the response I thought I would get, I felt his hooves wrap around me and pull me into him. I barely held in a squeak of surprise. His soft, even breathing on my ear made me realise he was still asleep. Was this instinct? I tried to slip out from underneath him but Sombra only curled his hind legs up to stop my escape. There was no other way I would get out of his hold, so after some back and forth in my mind, I closed my eyes and fell asleep.
