The loud hum of the gunship silences and you feel a small bump upon landing. The doors open and you see the familiar sight of a Venator's hanger. A few clone pilots and maintenance droids moved out of the way from the rest of the landing gunships. "Welcome back Commanders." a clone salutes. "Thank you, it is good to be back." you return the salute with a smile. Ahsoka walks behind you and sighed. "I have missed this place." she remarked. "Same." you replied. "Commander (y/n), we should get you to the medical center for treatment to your shoulder." Rex interrupted. "Its nothing more than a scratch." you promise. "Go (y/n), I'm going anywhere." Ahsoka whispered. "Fine." you groaned, following Rex to the medical bay.
You walk through the narrow corridors, earning salutes from passing clones. "Here we are." Rex points to a room with a red cross above it. "Thank you." you said, walking into the medical center. The room was brighter than the rest of the ship and had a white interior. "Greetings Master (l/n), this way please." the medical droid guided you to a table where it began to strip you of your upper body armor. The droid inspected the wound for a moment. "The blaster bolt may have been deflected by your armor, however, the energy from the blast shattered the plate, sending shrapnel into the skin. The kinetic energy of the round hitting also caused damage as well, cutting into your flesh even further." he informed. "It also appears that the wound was infected, however all of this can be remedied by a bacta patch and five days of rest will heal the wound with no scarring other other forms of permeant damage." the droid said.
You could hear footsteps approaching and looked up to see who it was. You recognized those face markings in an instant. "How is it?" Ahsoka asked. "Not bad, just five days of rest, and then I should be good." you sighed. "Don't worry, I will spend as much time with you as I can." she promised. She glided her hand over your bare chest and kissed you. "I am sorry, but the patient is being treated and cannot engage in physical activities." the medical droid notified. You and Ahsoka pulled away and laughed. Ahsoka eventually calmed down and sat down on a chair, still watching you.
The droid injected something into your shoulder, casing you to flinch slightly. "That should treat the infection." the droid said, grabbing a bacta patch and applying it to your shoulder. "The treatment is finished, you may now leave." the medical droid informed. "Thank you." you said, observing your shoulder. "Well, I guess this is going to be here for a while." you sigh. "Well, I think it looks cute." Ahsoka complements. You chuckle and pull her in for another kiss. Ahsoka broke away and helped you up, careful not to move your right arm in an uncomfortable position. "Aww, were holding hands." you said childishly, now standing on your feet. "I don't mind." Ahsoka grips your hand tighter, and you do the same. "Soka, I whish we didn't have to hide our love from everyone we know." you complained. "(y/n), I know is hard, but we can get through it, I have you, and any life, even outside the Order, is a life where I will be happy." she confessed. Hearing Ahsoka say that made you feel safe and happy, like you would always be there with her and she would always be there for you, no matter what. You kissed her forehead for a moment, and then kissed her lips. You broke away from Ahsoka, put on your robes, and walked out of the medical bay.
The hallways of the Venator were always buys with clones marching past, saluting. Nothing had changed since you and Ahsoka had been gone. The elevator to the bridge was spacious enough to fit fifty clones. There were only six clones inside with you, so space was not an issue currently. The elevator was fast, so you reached the bridge in no time. You exited the elevator and were met with an officer. "Commander Tano, Commander (l/n), we will be exiting hyperspace in a few minutes." he informed. "Thank you Jumper." Ahsoka said. The blue spiral's hypnotizing nature remind you of Ahsoka's eyes that you could get lost in for hours.
