Cheryl wasn't happy that Toni had disappeared to the bathroom on her own but she assured her she'd be alright. Veronica had ordered another round of drinks for the group bringing them over to the table ready to carry on the party. The redhead was swaying in her seat as the music blasted in her ears, she was glad she got to enjoy tonight with her girlfriend. She pulled out her phone checking to see if Toni had messaged her as she hadn't got back to the table yet.  'Toni's been gone a while maybe I should go and make sure she's alright' Cheryl said to her friends as she began to worry. 'Yeah, it has been a while, I'll come with' Veronica nodded 'you stay here Archie we'll be right back'. Cheryl and Veronica linked arms as they headed to the bathroom so they didn't lose each other in the crowd. They were both fairly intoxicated but the worry in the pit of the redheads stomach over powered that.

'Or I make you regret it' Toni snarled as she pulled her arm away trying to keep herself calm, she knew the girl was baiting her. 'Really? What are you gonna do?' Madison said taking a step forward trying to intimidate the shorter woman by entering her personal space, obviously it didn't work. 'Listen to me' Toni said stepping even closer, inches away from Madison's face 'Cheryl's. With. Me. She wanted to be with a real woman not some pathetic, obsessed, sad little girl who has nothing better to do than cry over someone who doesn't even care about her'. Madison was infuriated by Toni's words, she pulled her arm back slapping her straight across the face making Toni's head turn sharply on impact. Toni smirked as she turned her head to look back at the brunette 'is that the best you've got?'. She pulled her arm back punching the girl in her face, purposely missing her nose not wanting to be covered in blood. 'You bitch!' Madison screamed as she lunged forward for Toni.

'What on earth is going on?' Cheryl shouted as she pushed her way into the bathroom to see Toni and Madison on the verge of having a full on fight. When Toni heard Cheryl's voice she pushed the tall brunette out of her way as she left the bathroom, she needed a second to cool off. 'TT' Cheryl said as she followed her girlfriend without even looking at Madison. 'What are you playing at?' Veronica said as she watched her friends leave. 'She deserved it' Madison spat. 'You don't even know her and for the last time leave Cheryl alone, don't make me have to tell you again' Veronica said turning on her heel more concerned with her friends relationship right now. Toni stormed towards the back door of the club to the smoking area as she pushed passed anyone that got in her way. Cheryl tried to keep up as best she could, she had never seen Toni like this and she didn't really know what to do or how this was going to turn out. When Toni felt the fresh cool air on her skin she tried to calm down the anger boiling inside of her, if Cheryl and Veronica hadn't walked in when they had things could have got ugly.

'TT?' Cheryl said quietly as she stood behind Toni but she didn't get a reaction. 'TT, what happened?' Cheryl took a careful step forward. Toni took a breath before she turned around. 'That girl has some serious issues'. 'Toni what did she say to you' Cheryl asked. 'It doesn't matter Cher' the smaller woman said shaking her head. 'What happened to your face?' the redhead said noticing the bright red mark on her girlfriends face. Toni just laughed suddenly feeling calmer 'she slapped me'. 'She did what!' Cheryl said her nostrils flaring in anger as she attempted to turn around to give Madison a piece of her mind but Toni grabbed her hand 'babe don't, I gave her a taste of her own medicine don't worry'. 'I'm so sorry Toni' Cheryl said as a tear fell from her eye. 'Hey' Toni stepped forward taking Cheryl's face in her hands 'this is not your fault'. She pulled the redheads face towards her own as she kissed her, Cheryl relieved that it didn't cause an argument.

Veronica let out a breath when she found Cheryl and Toni outside mid kiss. 'Are you alright Toni?' the brunette asked as she stepped towards her friends. Toni pulled away from Cheryl linking their hands as she turned to Veronica. 'I'm fine Ronnie' she smiled. 'Well maybe I should call an Uber to take us home' Veronica said noticing the mark on Toni's face. 'No, I don't want the night to be ruined, come on lets forget the last half an hour and have a good time' Toni smiled. 'Well okay then' Veronica nodded as she turned around. 'Come on baby' Toni said bringing Cheryl's hand to her mouth pressing a soft kiss before pulling her forward. They made their way back to the VIP area where Archie was waiting for them. 'What happened?' he asked but Veronica just shook her head telling him to forget about it. They took their seats and picked up the glasses of alcohol, Toni drinking hers quickly. Cheryl looked at her but decided not to say anything. The vibes soon returned to how they were before the whole Madison thing, they had made their way through more alcohol and now Cheryl and Toni were struggling to keep their hands off each other.
