Seventy Seven

Toni was woken the next morning by Cheryl placing light kisses all over her face. 'You need to wake up my love, we need to get ready and head to the airport' Cheryl said quietly. 'Five more minutes' Toni groaned before pulling the redhead towards her chest. 'Fine' Cheryl giggled 'but in five minutes we need to get out of bed'. The brunette just hummed and the redhead couldn't help but smile, normally her and Toni would lay together in bed if they woke up this early but today they had to get up.

It wasn't even five minutes before there was a bang on the door causing Toni to huff a little. 'I hope you two love birds are up and rearing to go' they heard Veronica laugh from the other side of the door. 'We're awake' Cheryl yelled back rolling her eyes before pulling herself up and heading into the bathroom. 'There's time to join me if you get up now' Toni heard Cheryl say before the bathroom door shut and of course she jumped out of bed almost running to the bathroom.

After their time together in the shower Cheryl helped Tommy pack while Toni made sure they had everything in their room packed. The whole of the group barely spoke due to them rushing around and getting everything ready to head home. 'All done?' Toni asked as she popped her head into the room Tommy had been staying in. 'Yep, Mama helped me' Tommy grinned widely. 'That's great baby' Toni smiled at him before turning to Cheryl 'I've got everything packed babe, I'm gonna take the cases to the front door'. 'I'll help' the redhead said as she pushed herself off the ground where she was sat next to their son. 'It's fine' Toni tried but she knew Cheryl wouldn't listen as the redhead passed her placing a light kiss on her cheek.

The boys loaded most of the luggage into the limo when it arrived whilst the girls double checked that they hadn't forgotten anything. 'This was the best holiday ever' Tommy smiled as his mom got him into the car. 'You're right baby it has been' Toni agreed this was an experience she definitely wouldn't forget, the best birthday gift of all was that she was going home engaged to the love of her life.

The drive to the airport was quiet since it was still early and everyone was really tired, they barely stayed awake as they climbed on to the plane, taking their seats as quickly as they could. Toni and Tommy fell asleep not long after the plane took off as Cheryl sat next to them nervous about the gift she had delivered while they was away, she really hoped Toni liked it. She closed her eyes to quieten her mind, falling asleep with her head leaning on Toni's shoulder.

The pilot announcing that they were about to land woke up the small family, Tommy clapping excitedly as he looked through the window. 'I can't believe we're engaged' Cheryl whispered against Toni as she stayed where she was laid. 'Me either babe, I'm so happy' Toni whispered placing a kiss on her head smelling her cherry shampoo. 'So am I TT'. Tommy squealed with happiness as the plane landed throwing his hands in the air. 'You are too cute' Cheryl smiled reaching over Toni and tickling him. 'I know' he giggled. 'He's just like you' Cheryl laughed looking at Toni. 'I know' Toni laughed.

As the limo pulled up outside Cheryl's, Toni's and Tommy's house they said goodbye to the rest of the group before climbing out. 'Home sweet home' Toni smiled as the limo drove away. 'Actually TT I have one last birthday gift for you' Cheryl said taking hold of Toni's hand as they picked up their luggage and made their way through the gate. 'You do? Babe you've done enough' Toni said. 'It's just one more thing' Cheryl smiled 'and you're worth it'. 'Mommy you should say thank you when someone get you a gift not complain about it' Tommy said cheekily. 'I wasn't complaining' she said looking at her son before turning to the redhead 'I wasn't complaining babe'. 'I know' Cheryl laughed. They put their bags in the lounge before the redhead turned to Toni 'okay I need to cover your eyes'. 'Okay' Toni laughed. Cheryl smiled and placed her hands over her fiancé's eyes guiding her to the door that leads to the garage, Tommy following as he giggled with excitement.

'Keep your eyes closed' Cheryl said as she opened the door and Toni did as she was told 'okay just a few more steps, are you ready?'. Toni heard Tommy gasp before speaking 'I think so'. 'Okay open your eyes' Cheryl said nervously. Toni slowly opened her eyes and she couldn't believe what was in front of her. 'This is for me?' She asked in disbelief. 'Yeah, we can swap it though if you don't like it, I don't really know much about motorcycles and I had to get your brother to help me' Cheryl started to backtrack. 'Babe it's perfect' Toni squealed with excitement 'I can't believe this is mine, thank you so much baby'. 'You're welcome TT, happy birthday' Cheryl smiled widely as Toni practically jumped on her peppering her face with kisses. Tommy laughed happily as he clapped his hands together.

Once Toni had pulled herself away from Cheryl she took a closer look at the bike letting out a loud whistle. 'She's a beauty' she grinned 'do you mind if I take her for a spin later?'. 'On one condition...' Cheryl said making her way over to Toni 'that you're careful'. 'Of course I will be baby' Toni said kissing Cheryl sweetly. 'Start her up Mommy' Tommy yelled. Cheryl opened the garage door so Toni could take her new bike on to the driveway, she pulled the keys off that were taped to the bike and pushed it outside. 'Ready?' Toni smiled brightly as she sat on the bike and put the keys in the ignition. Cheryl picked Tommy up as they nodded. Toni turned on the ignition and revved the bike a few times a giant smile taking over her face.

An hour later Tommy was playing in his room while Cheryl and Toni were cuddling on the couch but the redhead could tell Toni was desperate to take her bike out for the first time. 'Baby I think I'm going to start lunch maybe you could take your bike to show your brothers' Cheryl said. 'Really?' Toni said sitting up excitedly. 'Of course but make sure you wear the helmet that I got you' the redhead smiled as she placed a kiss on her fiancé's forehead before standing. Toni didn't hesitate she ran upstairs to tell Tommy she was going out for a while and then kissed Cheryl goodbye before rushing out to her bike, the redhead shook her head with a smile as she watched her love sprint out of the door before popping her head back in 'I love you'. 'I love you, be careful' Cheryl said blowing a kiss.

'Wow Toni she's beautiful' Fangs said as he looked around the bike 'you're a very lucky girl'. 'I know' Toni smiled. 'Wanna take them out for a spin?' Sweet Pea said motioning over to his own bike. 'Cheryl's expecting me to be back for lunch' Toni said. 'Well just give her a call I'm sure she won't mind' Fangs said 'it's been so long since we've rode together'. 'Okay I'll give her a call' Toni said reaching into her pocket for her phone. 'Hey babe is everything okay?' Cheryl asked happily. 'Everything's great babe, my brothers were just asking if I could go for a ride with them, would you mind?' Toni asked. 'You don't need to ask Toni but thank you for letting me know, do you want me to put you some lunch to one side?' The redhead asked. 'No thank you baby I'll pick something up while I'm out' Toni smiled. 'Okay be safe, I love you'. 'I love you too'. 'All good T?' Sweet Pea asked as Toni slid the phone back into her pocket. 'All good let's go' Toni said excitedly.

They quickly went to get some gas before riding out of the city on to quieter roads. Toni felt so free, she was doing something she loved with her brothers and she had a fiancé and a son who loved her waiting for her in a home where they are happy. She laughed to herself as Sweet Pea speeded in front obviously challenging her to a race. Fangs took over her next and if she didn't want to get left behind she knew she'd have to speed up, she chuckled as she overtook both of her brothers before slowing down a little and riding next to them.

It was late in the evening when she finally got home after practically spending the day with her brothers. The house was quiet as she set her keys down, the only noise was the sound of the tv coming from the lounge. Toni crept in and what she saw made her heart melt instantly. Cheryl was laid on the couch with Tommy, her arm snaked underneath him with a book laying on her chest. She had obviously been reading a story to him before sleep took over them both. Toni couldn't help but pull out her phone and take a photo, the brunette was grateful that Cheryl was such a good mother to Tommy, he finally had two parents that he deserved and Toni couldn't wait for their family to grow.
