The group talks a while longer. The twins asking Aaron about different Muggle items their dad had collected over the years. And the rest of them explaining some other Wizarding concepts to Aaron. Finally as five o'clock drew near, Aaron said it was time to go home and get ready to go to Rossi's house.
Bella hugs each of the twins before following the others out of the door. She sets Jack on her hip and apparates to the point the portkey had taken them from that morning. Miss. Emmaline and Mr. Hotchner appear a few seconds later. They wave goodbye to Miss. Emmaline before returning to the house.
As soon as she entered the house, Bella makes her way to her room. She puts her new clothes away, then changes for dinner. She decides on a pleated, khaki skirt; a green, long-sleeve, dress shirt. She transfigures her necklace so it is longer and goes better with the outfit. She decides on white sandals with a small heel, and puts her hair in a braid.
She grabs a matching white purse and puts her phone, wallet, and an extra pair of glasses in it, before heading downstairs. Mr. Hotchner stands by the door in a cream dress shirt and khakis. Jack dances around him in a nice t-shirt and jeans.
Mr. Hotchner grabs his keys and they head for the car. "So what is your team like?" Bella asks.
"Penelope Garcia is our technical support. She is a very unique. Dr. Spencer Reed has a photographic memory. He also has an interest in lesser known facts."
"Cool." Bella says.
"Derek Morgan is our tactical expert, and he loves sports. Prentiss is rather selective with her information but I do know she likes cats. Rossi loves italian food and writes books. Jennifer Jareau, JJ, is married to William LeMontagne Jr, or Wil,. They have a son named Henry."
"I can't wait to meet them. You have told them about me, right?"
"Yes, though not much. Because I don't really know you that well. Sure, I visited your parents after you were born and knew they had named me as a potential guardian for you should something happen to them but that was it."
"So tonight is a chance for you and your team to get to know me better and for me to get to know all of you as well."
