The rest of the day went by rather quickly. In Transfigurations, the class reviewed the spells that they had learned in the past couple weeks and comparing them to each other.

Defensive Magic went much the same as the day before with Sky sitting in her shield studying as some of the stronger Offensive magic students shooting spells at her. Even Sirius and Emmaline shoot a spell or two at her when a student asked them for a demonstration of a spell they read about, or their parents told them about.

All and all the rest of the day went by rather smoothly but Blaise smiled at Bella as she impatiently waited for the day to end so she could go home to Aaron and Jack. Finally the bell rings and she grabbed her bags and her book and left the room.

She made a quick trip to the dorms to retrieve her broom before heading toward the floo room as she checked her phone. She changes her destination right before stepping into the floor room as a message from Aaron stated that Heather is also at the house at the moment so she decides to apparate to the front gates and walk up to the house if necessary.

A few moments later she appears in a group of bushes by the front gates of the property, she peeks out of them to make sure the coast is clear before casting a disillusionment charm on her broom and walking out of the bushes. She brushes the leaves off of herself and walks onto the property through the smaller gate next to the driveway.

She happily makes her way along the path. A black SUV drives by and she sees Wil in it. She reaches his house a few minutes later and Jack tackles her. "Hello, Mr. Wil," she says, hugging Jack.

"Hello, Bella," he says. "Aaron, already at your house. I was already in line to get Jack when he called earlier so he just came straight here. Hopefully, he got all his paperwork done."

"Hopefully, Miss. Heather is there visiting. Jack and I better get up there, too. Thanks for bringing him home." Bella says, acting like a big sister as she hugs the young boy. She picks him up and sets him on her hip as she walks on to their house.

Before long they're slipping in the front door. They drop their bags off on the couch and Bella quickly hides her broom away in the magic storage room so Heather doesn't see it and joins Jack in the kitchen for a snack.

Heather is there smiling as Jack babbles about different no-maj safe topics he learned today as he eats a chocolate chip cookie. She looks up at Bella as Jack pauses to take another bite. "Hello, Bella. How was school today?"

"Great," Bella says. "We had a guest speaker in my medical class today. She works in a maternity ward and is currently on maternity leave and is a close friend with the teacher."

"That's great. I'm sure she had lots of experience to share with you and your classmates. So are you hoping to be a doctor or a nurse?"

"Doctor or veterinarian, either way my educational advisor told me to take the class to at least learn the basics. I'm going to see about taking a course over the summer so I can take the advanced one next year as these classes weren't offered at my previous school at all."

"That's great." Heather says as Bella eats an apple for her snack along with a cookie. "Aaron's in his office finishing some paperwork for his last case. I was in the area so I thought I would drop by for a little while, but I should get going soon. Aaron said he'd drive me to the train station when he was done with his paperwork."

"That's nice of him," Bella says, passing Jack a napkin as he had chocolate on his face. "Guess I'll be watching Jack for a little while."

"Or we could take him with us," Aaron says walking into the room. He hugs his son with a wet kiss on the cheek and gives Bella a hug before walking over to Heather and giving her a quick peck on the lips.

Jack gets up and runs out the room. "No, I'll watch him for a little while. Beside he has a little homework himself, from what he was saying on the walk from the LeMontagne's. I have some reading to do so we can just settle in the living room and get that done then he can play for a while before dinner."

"About dinner, JJ invited us over to her place for it since we got back so early today, she and Wil wanted to cook something but need a distraction for Henry while they cook."

"So his favorite paly mate," Bella says, smiling. Aaron nods as Bella leaves the kitchen. She sees Jack sitting on the floor at the coffee table carefully writing the letter "Aa" with a red crayon.

She sits down on the couch and pulls out her potions textbook and starts reading on the next potion. She writes down questions she has and glances at Jack once in a while. He's taken out another piece of paper and is trying to make his "Aa"s smaller, taking up one of the extra large lines rather than two. Fitting them between the red line and the dotted blue line rather than between the two red lines.

"Why you doing that, Jack?" She asks.

"So my handwriting is like yours and Daddy's, not big and messy," he replies, slowly pronouncing the big word.

Bella smiles and gives a slight giggle. She sets her books aside and pulls Jack onto her lap. "Jack, our handwriting is the way it is now after years of practice. We were once exactly where you are now. Learning our first letters on piece of paper meant for that and a crayon rather than a pencil or a pen in our hand. We wrote them big like that, too. So we could learn to write them the right way and later we shrunk them down to thinner smaller lines." She explains. "Learn them all first then worry about how big they are. If you want to practice writing them smaller that's fine but don't rush yourself. Learn to write them properly first."

"So get them neat them get the small." He says, nodding. He crawls off her lap and starts writing again, this time the letters are big but he writes them slowly to make them look neater.

At five fifteen, they walk down to the LeMontagne'e and Bella watches the two little boys play a s she works on her Transfigurations reading. At six, Aaron walks in and hugs his son and goddaughter before joining JJ and Wil.in the kitchen. The group eats about seven before the Hotchner household bids them good night and heads to their home for the night.
