Between classes and homework and hanging out with her new friends Saturday came quickly for Bella. Before she went downstairs for breakfast she finished up her weekend homework, then got dressed. When she joined the other two downstairs, Jack was as the kitchen island with a plate of eggs and bacon in front of him. Another plate sat on the counter and Aaron was just loading a third plate.

Bella gets herself a cup of orange juice and passes Aaron a mug for his morning coffee. Then they both join Jack at the island. "So, Heather wants to hang out with us this morning." Jack gets a big smile on his face. "She'll be here at ten."

Bella looks over at the clock. "That leaves you and Jack twenty minutes to finish breakfast and get dressed. Also who is Heather?"

"Heather is my girlfriend," Aaron says as Jack takes his plate and cup to the sink. He then runs upstairs with a giant grin on his face.

"Well, Jack seems to like her, so ... I can't wait to meet her. But don't forget I have that appointment at Gringotts this afternoon at three. Just in case, hanging out takes longer than you think."

"Understandable, we can always tell her that you had previous plans for the afternoon, and I only informed you and Jack this morning anyway." Aaron says, as Bella takes his empty plate and cup to the sink. "She only called me last night."

"You go get ready, what does she want to do? Also are we meeting her or is she coming here?"

"She said something about the park, but she is coming here first, so we may not make it to the park due to the fact that she is coming here first."

"Okay," She considers her outfit for the day. A button down, white shirt currently with the top two buttons undone. A khaki pleated skirt to her knees. Green knee highs, with black dress shoes. With a wave of her hand, her skirt becomes a pair of jeans, her socks ankle length and her shoes a pair of black tennis shoes. "There now all I have to do is transfigure it back before three. Now you go get ready, I'll clean up the breakfast mess. Then I'll go make sure she doesn't get lost."

"Okay," he goes to check on his son and freshen up. Bella checks the time as she fixes some dish water in the sink. 'Fifteen minutes.' She gathers all the dirty dishes and loads the ones that can go in the dishwasher into it, then washes the others. She wipes the kitchen down before heading out toward the front of the property.

She walks past the maze and the LeMontagne house, and reaches the garage as a blue convertible pulls up in front of it. "Heather?" Bella calls to the lady stepping out of the car.

"That is my name, sweetheart, and you are?" The brunette woman says, turning to face her.

"Belladonna Le Faye, Aaron's goddaughter."

"Oh, absolutely lovely to meet you. He was just talking about you last night."

"Wonderful, which is when you two decided on this little get together. Well, let me walk you to the house." Bella says, turning around.

"Oh is that why you walked all the way down here. You didn't have to, I can see the house from here."

"There are actually four building on the property, the garage, the lake house, the LeMontagne House, and the Hotchner House. I wanted to make sure that you made it to the right house, not the wrong one." Bella says, as they walk past the LeMontagne house.

"I know Aaron works for the government, but I don't believe he could afford a place like this on government pay."

"He can't. This is actually one of many properties that I inherited. The location is wonderful, not to mention the fact that it already had two houses on it. Thirty minutes to drop off a child was not working out so well so now we live here and the babysitter only has to pick one child up from one house and head for the other." She says as they pass the maze and make it to the front door. "Mr. Aaron, she's here."

"I'll be down in a little bit. Jack has decided he would rather go swimming than to the park."

"I heard there is a lake on the property so that seems fine to me. I just said we should hang out today, since I have the entire day off and it has been a while. The park was just a suggestion. It's still pretty warm out these days so a day at the lake doesn't sound like a bad idea, but I won't be swimming, I didn't bring a swimsuit."

"Okay, then he is ready to go." Aaron says as Jack races downstairs in swim trunks, swim top, and flipflops.

"Jack, what have we said about running in the house?" Bella says.

"Umm, not too."

"Then why did you?"

"Because Heather is here."

"And she would still be here if you had walked. Now, go sit on the couch and don't move until your dad or I come down stairs." She goes upstairs and changes into a modest one piece swimsuit with a skirt. She gets a few beach towels and then heads back downstairs, just in time to see Aaron kiss Heather. "Okay, you two, we can go to the lake now."

They smile at her and Jack joins them by the door. Bella leads the way through the maze to the lake. When they reach the beach Bella points to the backdoor to the lake house. "So that leads to the bathroom and there are sandwich supplies in the kitchen that we can use for lunch. I will be leaving after lunch, don't want to be late for my other plans."

"Can I go swimming now?" Jack asks. The adults laugh but they all settle their things on the beach and Jack and Bella head for the water. An hour later Aaron comes to play with Jack and Bella goes to take a break.

"So you're from Great Britain?"

"Yeah."

"So this must be so different to you?"

"You have no idea." Bella says as her phone chimes. She looks at it. "About time."

"About time for what?"

"Oh, the court has finally sentenced my aunt and uncle for child abuse. They both got the maximum sentence."

"It took them this long."

"Yeah apparently everytime they were being brought to the courthouse something would happen to the point that the court date had to be postponed." Bella says.

"And how are you liking America?"

"It's really great. I have never been happier."

"That's good, so what is your favorite thing so far?"

"Umm, they are currently playing in the lake."

"Aaron and Jack are your favorite part of being here."

"Let's see my aunt and uncle treated me like a slave, my cousin bullied me to the point that I could not make any friends until I went to a different school from him. Most of the people I met after that expected great things from me and some of them where even using me. So coming here and meeting Aaron and Jack and them not expecting much of anything extraordinary out of me is amazing. Aaron's team is also pretty great, but I wouldn't know any of them if I hadn't come to live with Aaron and Jack after I finally read my parents' wills."

"That is really nice." Heather says. "Maybe we should call those two for lunch."

"Yeah, that may be a good idea."

"JACK! AARON! LET'S EAT LUNCH." Heather calls. "You're parents must have been very rich to leave you a property with two mansions on it."

"Oh, they were loaded. But sometimes I wish they were still with me. Then Aaron, Jack or one of the others does something and I feel really blessed and although I wish I could have gotten to know my parents instead of them being murdered when I was barely a year old, I'm glad I am where I am, because everyone makes me so happy."

"That sounds like life to me. One moment you want one thing, the next you wonder why you wanted it, because what you have is really great." Heather says as they reach the lake house's kitchen. "So you'll be leaving after this meal?"

"Yeah, I already had plans for this afternoon." Bella says, making a sandwich. "And I'm not going to change them just because you came and decided to hang out since you have the entire day off. I mean, you did decide last night to come over. I've had these plans since Monday."

"Got it. Maybe we can hang out sometime when it is just the two of us."

"Maybe." Bella says, as the boys finally join them. She slides a plate and cup down to Jack.
