Apologies and Compulsions

“I actually need to talk to him as well. Do you mind if I join you?”

“No,” Bella replies, as they both exit the room.

“THAT MAN IS CRAZY,” Norville is yelling.

“He is a Black, supposedly the entire family is crazy.” Blaise says.

“Yes, they call it the Black Family Madness,” Bella says, walking over to Blaise and giving him a small kiss. He kisses her back.

“Professor Lupin, this is a surprise, or maybe I shouldn’t be so surprised since I met the Offensive Magic teacher already.” Blaise says.

“Yes, well, he doesn’t like to leave me alone for long, does he?” Remus says with a smile. 

“REMY,” a black haired man screams coming around the corner.

“Uncle Padfoot,” Bella says, eyes wide staring at the healthy looking man.

“Hyacinth.”

“Black, what did I tell you.” Blaise growls.

“Oh, right, sorry, Belladonna.” She throws herself at him for a hug.

“I thought you were dead.”

“Na, I found out about the compulsions and asked Bellatrix to help me fake my death. She of course told Tom and then we came up with the plan and all I did was put some of my magic in a golem and then that went through the veil and then I came here and when the MACUSA  found out that I had never been given a trial one was given and my innocents was proven so they set me up in a medical program to help me recover from my time in Azkaban.”

“That’s great, so what does that mean for me though.”

“How about we talk about that later?” Remus says. “We still have to go talk to Snape." Everyone turns and heads for the dungeons."

"This seems like a somewhat private and semi-personal conversation," Sky says. "Besides Norville, Thomas, and I need to get settled into our dorm rooms, so see you tomorrow." With that the three of them broke away from the group. 

When they reach the door, Blaise reaches out and knocks. Snape opens the door. "Hello, professor." Blaise says. 

"Hello, Mr. Zabini, Lupin, Black, Bella, why don't you all come in." Snape says politely while glaring at the two adults.

"Thank you, professor,"

"Thank you, Severus," Remus says.

Bella skips into the room and takes a seat. Blaise sits on the couch beside her. Severus takes a chair to her left and Remus and Sirius take the love seat across from the couch.

"I believe it would be best if Sirius and I wer to start. Severus, we are so sorry for how we treated you in school. It was rather inappropriate of us."

"If we hadn't had so many darn compulsions on us, we may have acted rather differently. No, we would have acted completely differently." Sirius says.

"And that is probably the most sane thing we will get out of him ever."

"Remy!"

"And I wish I could apologize to her again for calling her a mudblood. Had I not had a compulsion on me to do so I would never have even whispered that word." Severus says.  " I am also sorry about how I acted toward you two and James in school."

"As wonderful as this is, I have one concern. Since Uncle Padfoot is clearly not dead who is my guardian, him or Mr. Hotchner?"

"It would probably be best if you didn't stay with me and Remus, that way if Dumbledor contacts Remus and somehow finds out about me. We can say that we do not know where you're staying." Sirius says. "Even if he puts a compulsion charm on us again, because we truly will not know."

"How is he taking my little message?" Bella asks with a smirk.

"Horribly, I don't know how many Order meetings he called before I told him I would no longer be a part of a group of people putting such a large task on the shoulders of a teenager. That made him even madder and honestly I think he is crazier than he claimed Voldemort to be. He is demanding everyone who can spend every last second trying to find you. Which is proving quite difficult."

"Good, I really did mean for it to be difficult to find me. Knowing what little I do about the wizarding world, I used the one thing they know very little about the Muggle world."  Bella says. "The goblins helped me get everything I needed to get here via muggle transportation and getting a phone was quite simple with a few Goblin glamours on." Her phone buzzes. She pulls it out and looks at the message. She puts her phone away. "Okay, so Mr. Hotchner wants me to go home. Mr. Snape, perhaps you can come by my place sometime. Dumbledor wouldn't even think to ask you where I am staying since he believes we hate each other."

"I suppose when we are not in class you may call me Severus."

"Well, bye," Bella says standing up to leave. She hugs each of the men and pecks Blaise on the lips, but he stands up to leave as well.

"Do you think Mr. Hotchner would mind if I came over?"

"Not really, he said he would love to meet you if you ever made it to America."

"Wonderful. Goodbye, professors." With that Blaise and Bella leave and head to the floo room of the school.
