Roman and Virgil got a kitty, and now where arguing over names. Roman wanted to name him King, and Virgil didn't.
"Why can't we call our cat King?" Roman asked. He looked over at his boyfriend as they laid together on Roman's bed.
"I'm not calling our cat King," Virgil said, in a monotone voice.
"Why not?"
"Because when I hear the 'king' I think about before you and Remus split, so I'm not calling the cat King."
"Okay. That's all you had to say," Roman said. "Let's keep looking for a name then."
-----------------------------------------
The two had been looking for a name for the kitten they got for a long-ish time now. They found a book of greek and roman names and were looking through it.
"What if- what if we called him Ciles (ka-i-l-es)?" Virgil asked. "Like a shortened version of Achilles and/or Heracles."
"The greatest of all the Greek warriors and the greatest of all the heroes," Roman said in thought. "I like it. Ciles it is." He stood up. "Hear that tiny cat?" He picked up the kitten. "You've now got a name." He sat down on the bed again.
"Yup," Virgil said. He was laying his stomach, reaching up to pet the kitten's head. "I hope you like your new name, Ciles. I picked it out."
"And picked a great name," Roman said, before kissing the younger of the two.
"Aww. So cute!" was heard from the door. Roman and Virgil looked over to see Patton.
Logan walked by. "Remember, Patton is allergic to cats. So Patton, don't get too close. Roman, Virgil, keep the cat in your room."
"We know Logan," Virgil said.
"And the cat now has a name," Roman said. "His name is Ciles. Virgil picked it out."
"It's a shortened version of Achilles and Heracles," Virgil said.
"Aww," Patton cooed. "He's like the two of yous your child. "*Le gasp* Does this make me a grandpa?"
"Sure, Dad, sure," Roman and Virgil chuckled/giggled.
"Wait," Virgil said, gaining everyone's attention. "Does that make Logan the grandma?" he pointed at said man.
"What? No," Logan said.
"I think it does," Roman said.
"How does it feel to be grandparents?" Virgil asked.
"I want to pet him," Patton said. He started walking forward, Logan held him back. "He looks so soft and fuzzy!"
"Patton you are allergic!" Logan said.
"He looks so soft!"
"You are allergic!"
