It was winter time and the Imagination was like a winter wonderland. Even though they lived in Florida, anything is possible in the Mindspace, and Roman and Patton wanted snow so there was snow. Logan didn't mind the snow too much as long as everything got done. Virgil was the only one that had a problem with the snow. He was already always cold, and the cold snow didn't help.

Virgil usually would have just stayed in his room away from the snow, but since he was accepted a few years back he couldn't really do that. Patton always got worried when Virgil stayed in his room for extended periods of time. Even if he wanted to be in his room Virgil wasn't planning to go outside. However it was Roman's goal to get Virgil to go outside and have some fun.

Roman had convinced Virgil to go outside with him. He'd told Virgil he lost his winter hat in the Imagination, and needed help to find it. Patton and Logan were gone for the weekend, which makes it a good enough excuse to get Virgil to go outside.

Roman was wearing a red coat over a white long sleeve, a pair of thick blue jeans, a red scarf with gold accents, and a pair of red and gold snow boots. Virgil was wearing a black coat over his hoodie and long sleeve, a pair of black jeans, which had a pair of thick black leggings under, and purple snow boots. He also had a hat, and a pair of gloves, unlike Roman, both were purple.

The two were walking through the woods to the clearing that Roman said he last remembered having his hat, and it looked beautiful. It really was like a winter wonderland. Which is exactly what Virgil was thinking as he looked around at the snow covered trees. Roman looked at Virgil, and smiled lightly seeing the cute look on Virgil's face. The look was a mix of curiosity and amazement. Roman had fallen in love with Virgil a long time ago, but wasn't sure how to tell him. He didn't know how Virgil felt, and didn't want to freak him out.

Roman was deep in thought about how cute Virgil looked and of ways to tell him he liked him, to realize he had been looking at Virgil for too long, and quickly looked back to the path. Too long meaning Virgil looked at Roman and saw him looking at him.

Virgil had a feeling someone was looking at him, and turned his head to see Roman looking at him. Roman looked away, and Virgil shrugged it off, and looked back to the path as well. Virgil had liked Roman for a while now, but he would never have the confidence to tell him.

After walking a little longer the two come to the clearing, and Virgil scans the area, "I don't see your hat." Virgil said looking over at Roman.

"Maybe you missed it." Roman said looking at Virgil.

"It's red so it would stand out in the white snow." Virgil mentioned.

Roman was trying to think of something to say; he hadn't quite planned this far ahead. "Um, maybe there's some snow covering it?" he said but it sounded more like a question. Virgil just shrugged and started looking around, and Roman pretended to do the same. While Virgil's back was turned he took the hat out of his pocket and rubbed it in the snow a little. "Found it".

Virgil turned to look at Roman who was holding the 'missing' hat. "Cool," Virgil said, walking over to where Roman was standing. "Ready to head back?"

"Uh, sure," Roman said, Virgil nodded and started walking towards the path. Roman was kind of sad. He wanted to do more with Virgil. He looked down at the snow and got an idea.

Virgil noticed that he only heard his footsteps, so he turned to see why he didn't hear Roman's foot steps. "Don't you dare throw that snowball-" he started to say, but was cut off by getting hit with a snowball right in the chest. "Really" Virgil said, looking at Roman who had already thrown another snowball, and had another in his hand. Virgil dodged the snowball this time. "Oh it's on" he said, making a snowball.

"Bring it on" Roman said right before a snowball hit him in the face. The look of pure shock on his face made Virgil giggle lightly, before throwing another snowball to Roman. This time hitting him in the chest. Virgil giggled, making Roman blush, but he quickly snapped out of his daze and threw another snowball at Virgil.

Virgil and Roman were having a lot of fun throwing snowballs at each other; they didn't even realize it was getting dark. The was until the two fell down into the snow laughing, after both having just got hit in the face with a snowball.

"Wow, it's getting late, we should probably go back before it gets too dark." Virgil mentioned, rolling onto his back, looking up at the sky.

"Yeah, I guess you're right." Roman said, looking over to Virgil, as Virgil did the same. They were both lying on their backs in the snow right next to each other.

The two looked into each other's eyes. If someone were to have seen them they probably would have just thought the pink on their faces was from the cold, but in reality they were both blushing. Roman doesn't know what came over him but the next thing he knew he was leaning forward, closing his eyes, and connecting their lips together. Virgil was shocked at first, but quickly melted into the kiss, closing his eyes. Roman put his arm around Virgil, and pulled him closer.

After a few minutes the two pulled apart panting. "Virgil I love you, and I have for a long time now." Roman said breathlessly still had not completely caught his breath.

"I...I...I love you, t-too." Virgil said breathy, blushing even more.

"Virgil will you be my boyfriend?" Roman asked.

"Yes" Virgil nodded. Roman smiled and kissed Virgil again. This time the kiss was much shorter, only lasting a few seconds, but it was full of love.

(Part 3. Yeah! I hope this is good, and that you enjoyed it. My gf edited it for me, because I suck at consistency, grammar, and spelling.)
