She was not a big fan of Christmas, or any holiday for that matter if she was being honest. There were too many colours, that she can't see. It annoys her and gives her a migraine. She's not a jealous person when it comes to anything. She isn't jealous that she can only see black, white, and most times, grey and green. She loves only being able to see a few colours.

The colours, black, white, and grey give her a sense of comfort. Just the thought of being able to see other colours honestly scares her. Why does it scare her? She honestly doesn't know.

It could be the fact that to see colour, she has to fall in love with her 'soulmate' as people say. She thinks that it is complete and utterly ridiculous to have to depend on someone else to see colour. Colour of all things. She's very independent and she is more than happy to go all her life and never see another colour. Would she like to at some point see colour and no longer live in a dark world? Yes, who wouldn't? But she will not go out of her way to find someone that loves her just as much as she loves them just to see something as dumb as colour.

She's a very independent person.

In heaven, her father is very happy then she's so independent. Mostly for the fact he can't scare away any "little heart breakers." Yes. He told everyone those exact words. Even hexed James once saying that Harry, "corrupted my little girl". But they all knew that if anyone corrupted anyone, Accalia definitely corrupted Harry.

Her mother is thrilled her daughter is so independent, but she wishes that she could see colour. She remembers when she saw colour for the first time and it was absolutely amazing and all-around mind-blowing at how different the world is when it's not black and white. She didn't think she'd seen anything as beautiful, until her daughter was born, of course.

Harry James Potter was not having as nice of a Christmas holiday. He had sent Accalia at least 20 letters, apologizing about what happened before the holiday, and had gotten most of them back. The few he didn't get back, he knew she didn't read them. The giveaway was when she sent everyone their Christmas gifts—including him as she claimed that she already bought his Christmas gift and was the only reason he was getting it—and her being her mum's child, sent him burnt ashes which he assumed was the letters he sent.
