*Y/N'S POV*

I woke up, still on the cold floor, to the sound of the bolt on the door unlocking. I had no perception of time. When it was day or night or how many days I'd been here. I figured that Jackson would come and see me every day. So this was day two. It felt like forever. My eyes adjusted to the flow of light coming from the now open door. "Wake up bitch." Jackson said, storming towards me. "We're going on a trip." He marched towards me and shoved a heavy metal collar around my neck with a thick chain attached to it. He unhooked my wrist from the wall and tied my wrists together. He dragged me out of the room. I had no idea where we were going. We walked through many corridors and many rooms until we were outside. He stopped outside the door. "I don't want any stupid behavior today ok?" He said, his face incredibly close to mine. "Yes sir," I mumbled, looking at the ground to hide away from his eyes. He grunted in response and walked over to the car. He threw me across the back seat and told me to wait. He closed the door and walked back towards what I could only assume was his house. This was my chance. This was it. I sat up and looked out the window. He was nowhere to be seen.

Before I could change my mind, I shoved open the car door and ran away from the house into a forest. I heard screaming and yelling behind me. I blocked it all out and ran as fast as I could, the chain from my neck trailing behind me. The voices started to fade and I knew I was getting away. I couldn't slow down. I continued to run and lept over this log. I continued running until I felt a yank on my neck pulling me back. I yelped in pain as I fell to the ground. I turned around to see one of the hooks of the chain were stuck on a bit of the log. I scrambled towards the log to try and unhook the chain. I felt the burning in my throat as I struggled to free myself. A shadow loomed over me. "What do we have here?" The familiar voice of Jackson boomed. I shuffled away, forgetting I was attached to the log until it yanked on my neck. "No, no, no, no, no, no, no" I yelled as he slowly came towards me. He stopped about a meter away and pulled me towards him until I was on my knees at his feet. I tried to squirm away but he kept a firm grip. He started making his way towards his house or whatever the building was. I flailed my limbs around in a poor attempt to escape. He was too strong and carried me back with ease.

*WANDA'S POV*

It had been just under a week since y/n went missing. We hadn't found anything. We tried everywhere and everything we could think of. I couldn't believe that Nat was y/n's mum. I sat on the edge of my bed and thought about that night when Nat told us all.

She stood up and walked into the middle of the new room and took a deep breath. "Y/n is my daughter." She said. My mouth dropped open as I took in the words. I looked across at Steve and Sam who had the exact same reaction that I had. It all made sense. That was why Nat was crying in the lab when y/n first came and why she avoided y/n for ages. That's why Nat was as upset as me when y/n went missing. Even though they weren't close, Nat felt responsible for y/n, despite the 16 or so years that she missed. The entire room was silent. I stood up and walked towards Nat who had tears streaming down her face. We looked each other in the eye and I smiled gently at her and pulled her into a tight hug. "It's okay," I whispered in her ear, "It's okay."

*Y/N's POV*

After an exhausting time fighting, Jackson throws me to the ground in that same cold room. I wriggle away from his grasp and find my back hitting the chair, causing me to flinch. I looked back towards Jackson who practically had steam flowing out of his ears. He marched towards me and grabbed me by the hair causing me to cry out in pain as he threw me onto the chair, tying my hands to the armrests and ankles to the weirdly widespread legs of the chair. I fought against him the whole time. I kicked, punched, and screamed but nothing worked. I was stuck. The ropes were tight against my wrists and ankles and they started to burn when I pulled against them. "Let me go!" I screamed which earned me a slap across the face from Jackson that knocked the air out of my lungs. "Shut the fuck up before I kill you." Jackson spat, his face incredibly close to mine. He left the room which gave me a sigh of relief but something told me this wasn't over.

He came back after what felt like seconds. He had a large bag over one shoulder. He threw it to the ground and whatever was inside rattled and crashed together. Jackson walked towards me, grabbed my face, and forced me to look at him. "This is gonna hurt," He said, "But you're gonna sit there and take it like the disobedient slut that you are." He threw my face to the side, causing pain in the side of my neck. He walked over to the bag and pulled out a knife. Oh god. He came towards me and placed it under my chin, causing me to look up. He traced it down my neck, barely leaving a scratch. Until he got to my pajama top. He sliced through it, exposing my now bleeding chest. I hissed in pain. "Was that I noise I hear?" Jackson asked mockingly. I shook my head. "I think it was," He said as he walked over to his bag and pulled out a ragged cloth. He walked behind me and placed the cloth in my mouth and tied it around the back of my head. He walked back in front of me and looked at my now bare top half. He traced his finger over the scar that he left. "Awww baby. It's still there?" I don't know what he wanted me to do. He saw it. Obviously, it's still there. He picked up the knife again and lightly traced over it. He did it again, harder, causing me to cry out a muffled scream of pain. My old wound was now open. Jackson grinned at my muffled pleas for him to stop. He brought his hand to my face and cupped my cheek. "Oh baby," He whispered in my ear, "We're just getting started."
