Jisung sneaked his hand into the blanket until it touched Chenle's bare back, the cold touch waking the human up. Chenle shivered and opened his eyes slowly, rubbing them afterwards.
The vampire smiled at the sight. He was such an adorable human being, although he knew just how fierce he could be. He wished they could have slept in each other's embrace, but he didn't want Chenle to catch a cold, so he had wrapped him in a blanket to keep him warm and watched him sleep until the run rose instead.
'Lele, good morning.' He said as he caressed the human's cheek with his hand.
Chenle unwrapped himself revealing his bare body to the vampire and stretched out.
'Morning, Ji.'
Chenle lazily threw himself in Jisung's arms, clinging to him like a teddy bear. The vampire's cold skin made Chenle get goosebumps as they were both nakef, but he didn't mind it. He placed a soft, innocent kiss on Jisung's lips and the taller responded with as much softness.
They both got dressed, Chenle with the first thing that found in the closet and Jisung with the clothes he was wearing the day before. They stayed in silence, not needing words to talk with each other. They both knew what to do, so Chenle left the room quietly while Jisung stayed in his room.
Chittaphon woke up later than usual. He opened his eyes and looked at the clock on his wall. It was exactly 37 minutes later than usual. The alarm didn't ring that morning, which seemed quite odd as he could clearly remember turning it on the night before. He got up and noticed Yangyang wasn't there, even though he was certain he'd spent the night with him as the bedsheets still had a faint smell of him.
He got up and changed to his usual clothes quickly as he didn't want to be late. He left the room in a rush, not before checking the knife on his bedside table was still there, and closed the door. His gut told him something was off. He passed by Kun's door and noticed it was closed.
He was about to go downstairs and head to his office, but Yangyang's voice got his attention. He went towards the kitchen where he saw the younger sipping on a mug he supposed was filled with coffee. He was wearing an oversized hoodie that made him look younger than he was. He was sitting in front of the table, where other things were, toasts, jam, butter, cereal, milk... And everything was put nicely on it, it was noticeable that Yangyang had prepared everything.
'Morning, Chittaphon. I made you some coffee.' The younger said, pointing at a cup that was on the table.
'Oh, thank you.' He said before taking a chair and sitting in front of Yangyang. 'Why didn't you wake me up?'
'Y-you looked so cute while sleeping...' Yangyang said as he blushed at his own words. He covered his face with his sweater paws slightly, giving the older an adorable view.
Chittaphon smiled. He took the cup and was about to drink some coffee, but he smelt its aroma and it smelt... different. The change was ridiculously small, barely detectable. Yet, his nose told him not to drink it.
He searched for something in his pocket which he didn't find.
'Yangyang, I think I left my phone in my room. Can you get it for me, please?' He asked nicely. Yangyang nodded and got up, leaving the empty mug in the sink and heading towards Chittaphon's room to get his phone.
Chittaphon used this opportunity to get up and stand in front of the sink, pouring all of the cup's content down the sink. He made sure to run some water so that there were no traces of the spilled coffee.
He sat back up and waited for Yangyang to come with his phone.
'Here.' He said as he handed him his phone.
Chittaphon thanked him silently and got up, wanting to tidy things up. However, Yangyang stopped him.
'I'll clean.' He shooed him away and Chittaphon just shrugged and left the kitchen, heading downstairs to his office.
He felt at least a pair of eyes on him as he made his way. He didn't look back, though, as he knew he wasn't in danger, at least for now. He closed the door of his office and sat on the chair, turning on the laptop. He heard some noise outside, quiet footsteps nearing his door, and he was certain his theory was true.
You want to play? We'll play then.
He slowly closed his eyes, yawning exaggeratedly and stretching. Then, he crossed his arms on top of his desk and laid his head on them.
Chenle looked through the keyhole, Chittaphon was asleep and that meant their plan was working. He smirked to himself. Good job, Yangyang.
He then went to the computer room. The door was locked, as expected, but Yangyang had given him a card to unlock it. He swiped the card through the scanner and pressed the numbers Yangyang had told him in that exact order. Four times 7, three times 5, two times 3 and then 1 and 0 at the same time.
The scanner made a weird noise and some smoke started coming out of it.
'It's going to break, but don't worry. What matters is that it opens.'
That was what Yangyang had told him, so he trusted him and opened the door despite the burnt scanner.
He walked towards the computers and searched for a place where he could insert the USB Yangyang had provided him with. He chose the first one he found and inserted it.
All the screens lit up at once, showing a blue background. In a few seconds, thousands of tabs opened and deleted themselves. Chenle's eyes could barely keep up with them. He saw his face, his footprint, Yangyang's full name, Yukhei's medical history, his school grades, Yangyang's computer games, Yukhei's mail, Yukhei's WhatsApp messages...
Chenle waited for a few minutes until all the screens shut down definitely. He then took the pen drive and dropped it on the floor, stepping on it afterwards and making sure none of it was reusable.
He got out of the room and closed the door slowly. However, as he turned around, he saw someone he wasn't supposed to see.
'Chenle?' It was Kun.
Kun had just seen him sneaking into the computer room, where it was absolutely forbidden to go without permission. He gulped.
Why is he here? Did the plan not work? Did something happen to Jisung?
The original plan was to have Jisung in Chenle's bed, covered with his blanket, and as soon as Kun uncovered him to wake Chenle up and found out who was in the bed, Jisung would be faster to react and drug the older with sleeping serum.
He panicked for a second, but his brain was fast to process. He immediately played an innocent face and looked at Kun in the eyes.
'Kun ge... Do you love me?' He said as he threw himself in his arms, hugging the older. Kun hugged him back, feeling the younger suggle into him.
'Yes-' Kun barely had time to answer. Chenle took a syringe he'd kept in his pocket for an emergency and injected it into Kun's neck in a fast movement, taking advantage of that innocent looking hug. 'Y-you little traitor.' Those were Kun's last words before losing consciousness.
Chenle held Kun's weight as he saw the older's limbs slowly failing him. Once he was completely unconscious he laid him on the floor. He was smiling.
Kun, the man who was believed to have no emotions, had just smiled.
What an ironic moment to smile, Qian Kun.
Chenle dragged the sleeping body towards the computer room and left it there, back laid against the wall. He left Kun sleeping in the dark and walked outside like nothing had happened.
