Mark was in the backseat of a car. Next to him sat a policeman who was fumbling with whatever he was holding as another one drove the car. He noticed the route they were taking wasn't the one to jail. At first, he didn't say anything. However, after a while he spoke, as he found it quite odd.

'You aren't driving me to jail, are you? Where the hell are you taking m-'

The vampire's eyelids dropped and he immediately fell unconscious.

'Yah, Sicheng, the sleeping liquid you made works fine, but it's hard to open!'

Kunhang complained to the driver. They were supposed to put the vampire to sleep right after he got inside the car. However, it took Kunhang a good few minutes to open the bottle before shoving the liquid down the vampire's throat.

'I told you you had to turn the lid to the right, you pulled on it until the lid broke!'

Kunhang checked the bottle and it was, in fact, broken.

'O-oh...'

'This can't fucking be...' Taeyong checked the documents Qian's men had handed him before leaving the court.

'Park Chanyeol: deceased due to a car accident.
Nakamoto Yuta: deceased by suicide.
Johnny Suh: Legally resigned his nationality.
Mark Lee: Sent to jail for illegal blood trafficking.'

Taeyong's blood boiled at the words written in those papers.

'These are lies. I fucking saw Yuta's corpse, he didn't fucking kill himself, what the fuck?!'

'Taeyong, please, calm down...' Jungwoo tried to calm him down.

They were currently at Jungwoo's house, all of them: Donghyuck, Jeno, Jaemin, Taeyong, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, Jisung and even Baekhyun. They all reunited after receiving Donghyuck's call and were reading the documents regarding their friends' situations.

Donghyuck was crying his heart out and being comforted by Jeno and Jaemin, he barely ever cried so it was quite hard for them to comfort him. Baekhyun's eyes were watery, but he didn't shed a single tear.

Jisung was supposed to have a study session that day, but the older cancelled it without telling him the reason. The vampire felt bad for thinking of the older in that situation, but he couldn't control his thoughts, he wondered what would Chenle be doing at that moment.

'Mark? Mark, wake up!'

The vampire slowly opened his eyes as a familiar voice woke him up. He touched what was under him, it was cold and smooth, which meant he wasn't on a bed. He was in a cage. He looked around himself and his eyes widened as he saw who was next to him, the only thing between them being a few metallic bars.

'Johnny?!'

'Why are you here?'

Johnny seemed... different. He looked way skinnier, he was topless and wore a collar... and an eye patch.

What on earth is going on?

'I don't know man, I was supposed to go to jail.'

Johnny's face was a whole poem.

'Why though?'

'Someone took a photo of me buying blood...'

'Oh...'

'Why are you wearing an eye patch and a collar?'

'Uhm...'

'Hey, I see you're awake, new guest.'

A human showed up. He smiled at them.

'Who the fuck is he?' Mark asked. He was glaring at the human.

'I'm Dejun, and you can consider me your zookeeper for now!'

'You fucking-' Mark tried to break the metallic bars, as he thought they would be made of simple iron. Turns out they were way more resistant and he was only wasting time by trying to break free.

'Don't worry, you won't be able to escape by yourself. Oh, and Johnny, don't talk to your friend too much. Otherwise, Ten might get jealous.'

'Ten?' Mark questioned. He was confused. He thought he'd go to jail and in no time he found himself in a cage, next to his disappeared best friend, in a place that looked like a lab, in front of a human who claimed to be their zookeeper talking about a number who might get jealous.

'Oh, you probably didn't have time to tell him. Ten is your friend's lover. And let me tell you, he's really scary when he's jealous.' Dejun kept joking around with the vampires, the fury in Mark's eyes was hilarious to him.

'Taeyong, calm down!'

'I'm not going to fucking calm down after all this shit! We get killed for being 'problematic', don't we? I'll fucking show them what problematic means. I'm done with their shit.'

Taeyong enragedly broke the window and jumped out. He ran as fast as he could and he didn't hesitate to break into the court they had been in before. The security guards tried stopping him, but it was no use. Taeyong was way too fast for humans.

The pure blooded vampire searched in all hallways until he found the room he wanted, the one with all the documentation from people who had been there. He searched and searched until he found what he needed.

'Found you!'

Judge Kang went back home when it was already dark. When he got home he noticed the lights were off. He supposed his husband wasn't home, as he sometimes arrived later. Their son was probably sleeping or confined into his room playing video games.

Teenagers those days...

As he stepped in he noticed it was quite cold, maybe they forgot to close the window. He turned on the lights of the entrance and hung his coat on the hanger. Everything seemed normal, until he heard someone chuckle in the dark living room.

Kang headed to the living room, but as he got there, someone turned on the lights.

'Good evening, Mr. Kang.'

'You fucking monster!'

'Who's a monster now?' Taeyong said as he licked his fingertips clean.

So, I'm thinking of publishing another book... or maybe I'm just going crazy lol

In a few days I might either publish the introduction and first chapter or delete the draft and forget about it 🤡✌️

And yeah, if it's my book expect a shit lot of drama and social issues to be touched.
