"What the hell is he doing here?" Was all I could ask myself as I stared blankly at the manager of starlit band,

"Ouch!!" He winced loudly, bringing me out of my thoughts. Maybe I had hit him a little hard but what did you expect, I had thought I was about to be kidnapped or something along the line,

"Sorry" I said still wondering what the hell he was doing here. He stood up straighter from the bent position he had taken when I hit him with the bag and I stepped back unconsciously,

"Hey don't be scared, I just want to see you about something" he said, taking notice of my stepping back,

"Uhmm, and what would that be about?",

"I don't think the road is the best place to discuss what I'm about to say" he said and as if to agree with him, two people passed by and i saw him duck his head quickly,

"Okay, there's a bar down the road, we could go there" I offered and he nodded,

     "That's a lot better",

He bent to pick up his sunglass before I led him to the bar that was on the second street. We said nothing to each other as we walked and I kept wondering what he could possibly want to discuss with me

The bar soon came into view and I led him inside, not really surprised at the amount of people in the bar. Greenville which was the name of the town had a lot of youths and they loved to spend their time in the only entertainment the town has to offer.

Catlyn had dragged me here a few times since I came to this town, in an attempt to get me out my shell, so I knew my way around here.

"I don't think this is a good place to discuss either" the soft breath of the manager blew on my neck as he whispered into my ears, bringing me out of my thoughts and I turned to face him,

"Follow me" I said and without waiting to see if he actually followed me, I went straight to a corner where an empty booth sat,

I sat inside the booth and turned to see the manager doing the same, guess he had followed me after all.

When he had settled down quite nicely, I cleared my throat, "so you wanted to discuss something with me"

"Yes, I'm Jon Raymond but you probably already know that" he said and I nodded,

Knowing his name was an understatement, I practically knew all about him starting from his name to his age to his relationship status, to everything there is to know about him, meaning he was popular but not as popular as the band he managed itself.

Rock music boomed around us and I had to lean over to hear his next statement, "I was passing through this town today when I heard music coming from the main hall, so I checked through the windows and saw you dancing",

    "Okayyyy" I said,

"You dance quite well and that's why I want to make you this offer" he continued and I paused. An offer, from the manager of a very popular band in New York, this had to be something.

"How would you like to dance for starlit band?"

The question hung in the air as I felt myself go numb and I just couldn't process the question, dance for starlit band, no!, He definitely meant another thing,

"Miss!!" I heard a voice call distantly and it wasn't until the person repeated the word that I knew it was Mr Jon referring to me,

"Hmm" I answered, still in a daze,
