This is a long chapter since it's the final one :)

In all the chaos, Anastasia had risen. She held an axe in her hand, and her gaze was fixed on Rasputin, who had an evil grin on his face. She charged at him, raising the axe high above her head and bringing it down on Rasputin's left arm.

He pretended to be shocked, but then gave a crazy-sounding laugh and watched his arm reattach itself back to his body.

"It's going to be hard for you to defeat me this time, Anastasia. And you don't have your little boyfriend to help you this time, do you?"

"Don't worry, I'll tell Dimitri hello for you."

She hacked off another two of his arms, knowing it would take longer for him to regenerate both of them. She needed to buy as much time as she could, enough time for Principal Mickey to come through with the plan.

"How is it that when you smashed your wand this time, you didn't die?" she asked, growing increasingly frustrated as Rasputin dodged her attacks.

"Unlike you, Anastasia, I've changed."

He backhanded her, sending her flying into Jane, who was busy trying to deal with Clayton. The man had raised a gun at Tarzan's head, and Jane was just about to kick him in the back before Anastasia tumbled into her. They knocked into Clayton, and as he tripped over his gun went off.

"No!" Jane screamed.

But Tarzan had ducked, and instead, the bullet hit Shan Yu, who let out a cry and whipped around to face Clayton.

"Clayton. Clayton!"

Shan Yu threw his axe at Clayton's head, who just barely avoided it.

"It was a mistake! Can't you see that you tall idiot!"

That angered Shan Yu even more, and Clayton began to stutter over his words. Jane and Anastasia glanced at each other. If the villains began to go against each other, that would work in their favour.

"I'm not finished with you yet, Anastasia!" Rasputin sing-songed, walking over gleefully.

Anastasia gripped the axe in her hands, inwardly cursing. When was Principal Mickey gonna get there?

"I'm not done with you either, Rasputin."

He rushed at her, catching her by surprise, then closed his fingers around her throat. She pried at his gangly fingers, but to no avail. Then she caught a figure just over Rasputin's shoulder.

Principal Mickey.

He was stepping out through a portal, pulling Ratcliffe's unconscious body along with him. He met Anastasia's eyes, then nodded.

With all her might, Anastasia kicked Rasputin in the gut, sending him stumbling back. Principal Mickey held something in his hands, a vial full of golden liquid.

Anastasia hoped it was what she thought it was.

Back when Anastasia and Kim had warned Mickey about the villain problem, Mickey had spent a lot of time trying to figure out what they could possibly have planned. He'd gone missing soon after though, so Anastasia had assumed he'd gotten caught.

But maybe that had been all part of his plan. He hadn't told Anastasia the full extent of what he planned to do, but he said he was going to figure out what the villains had planned before it was too late. By the look on his face, Anastasia could tell he had been successful.

As Rasputin struggled to get back up, Anastasia stalked over to him and pressed a foot down on his chest.

"It's over, Rasputin."
