Chapter 38~ Wendell

Lucinda marched over to the two girls.

"I can hear you guys from my dorm. You're too loud." She yawned.

"Or you're just a light sleeper." Indigo said and Lily nodded.

"What are you doing anyway?" Lucinda asked.

"Indigo wanted to break into DreamWorks Academy. Can you believe that?" Lily laughed.

"It's Indigo. I'll believe anything dangerous." Lucinda shrugged.

Indigo rolled her eyes. "Well if you guys don't mind...I'm outta here."

Indigo held her hand out and her broom flew into it. She jumped on and flew down the hall.

"We can't let her go alone." Lucinda said.

"You're not seriously considering breaking into DreamWorks Academy, are you?" Lily eyed her warily.

"We're just visitors!"

"The Academy doesn't accept visitors after ten o'clock at night."

"Well, we're late visitors." Lucinda pulled her wand from her sleeve and conjured a different outfit for her and Lily.

"If we're going to go after that troublesome witch, we need to go now. She's fast on a broom." Lily said hopping onto hers.

"We'll be fine. Let's go!"

They had one obstacle.

Jane.

"Jane! What are you doing here!" Lucinda spluttered.

"I should actually be asking the three of you that same question." Jane raised her eyebrows.

"Just...chilling..." Lily lied.

"Listen girls, ever since Ariel took off, I'm not leaving this door during the night."

"Right, we understand. Let's go girls." Indigo murmured.

Lucinda had never heard Indigo give up that easily. Even Lily was looking at her weirdly.

They shrugged and followed Indigo, only to have her whip around and pull out her wand!

"Sleeperos cantri nerous!" Indigo chanted.

Jane's eyes blinked three times before she passed out in front of them.

"Indigo!" Lily gasped.

"What was I supposed to do? She was holding us back!"

"I'm sure we could've just negotiated!" Lily argued.

"Not right now girls. Let's head for the Academy."

Indigo looked up at the prestigious Academy. It looked nice, but paled in comparison to Disney.

Indigo flew down and tried the door, but it wouldn't open.

"Luckily I have a spell..." Indigo said, pulling out her wand.

"Indigo! Refrain from using magic please." Lily sighed.

"Why should I?" Indigo argued.

"Guys, no time for squabbling. How would we even prove they cheated?" Lucinda asked.

"Well, we simply check the drive, it will have a glow to a witch's eye." Lily said.

"Right, because we know where the drive is." Indigo snorted.
