Wendy Darling woke up that Wednesday morning to the sound of her roommate, Amber singing while brushing her hair.

"Good morning Amber."

"Good morning Wendy."

Wendy took a quick shower, and changed into a white skirt with a light blue blouse. She put on a bit of lipstick and put a bow on for a little more of a touch.

"Do you think we'll make it to film fest?" She asked Amber.

"It'll be a shame if we don't, we're doing so well." Amber sighed.

"Mhm." Wendy nodded.

She and Amber left their dorm and walked to the cafeteria for breakfast.

Don't think Wendy didn't realize that Lilo wasn't particularly fond of her, because she did.

Lilo is selfish, Tiger Lily can be my friend too.

So today, Wendy decided to join one of her closest friends, Alice. Well they're not that close anymore, but when they were young they were inseparable.

Now Wendy was pretty sure Isabel, Taran, and Eilonwy were Alice's best friends. The more she thought about it, the less comfortable she felt about sitting with them.

There's always Peter Pan. Or Tink.

Wendy couldn't spot Tink, so she was forced to join Peter and the other boys.

"Oh, hey Wendy. What's up?" Peter asked.

"Can't a friend just sit at another friend's table?" Wendy said.

"Wendy, I wasn't born yesterday. Tell me."

"I don't want to sit with Lilo and Tiger Lily right now, okay?" Wendy ate a spoonful of yogurt.

"Okay, I'm not going to prod any further." Peter went back to talking about pranks with the boys, and Wendy just sat there.

Lilo was so happy it was just her and Tiger Lily, the original two best friends.

"Lilo, why did Wendy pass us?" Lily asked.

"I don't know. I think she's...dating Peter!" Lilo made up a lame excuse, just so Lily wouldn't go and ask for her.

"Really?" Lily turned towards them. "And she didn't tell me?"

"Yeah, I guess. People can be cruel." Lilo shrugged.

Tiger Lily ate the rest of her fruit salad in silence.

"No, it's just the analogy-"

"Save it for class, Isa!" Alice pushed her friend playfully.

"Oh my gosh. Have you guys had a mozzarella stick? It's delicious! I'm going to pile my plate with more!" Eilonwy gushed.

"Eilonwy, class is in two minutes. You won't have time to finish." Isabel said.

Eilonwy sat back down. "Alice, are you okay? You don't seem to be concentrating."

"Wha? Oh, it's nothing, don't mind me." Alice waved her off.

Eilonwy and Isabel exchanged a look. Isa shrugged.

The bell rang for the first class of the morning and they all left their table.
