Chapter 3~ Eilonwy

There was a new girl in the youth program, and her name was Eilonwy.

Alice Kingsleigh was the first to notice this.

"Sit down everyone." Mirage said.

Ms. Mirage was in her purple suit, looking very pretty, and Alice was pretty sure all the boys had a crush on her.

"Where's Viol-"

"I'm here!" Violet huffed, entering class. "I am so sorry Ms. Mirage."

"All is well." Mirage smiled and turned to the screen.

Ms. Mirage taught chemistry. The kids in the youth program attend the same classes first years do, but sometimes it's different.

"We all know how much Principal Mickey loves magic, correct?" Mirage asked.

"He does?"

All heads turned around to face the back.

"Oh, how foolish of me. I forgot to introduce you. Would you like to introduce yourself?" Mirage gestured next to her, never losing her poise and grace.

"Uh...okay." Eilonwy walked up to Ms. Mirage's desk. "I'm Eilonwy." She curtsied.

Alice thought her hair looked rather peculiar, flying out under her band.

"She looks like a miniature Aurora." A kid whispered.

"Right!"

"You can take your seat now, Eilonwy. We're starting chapter 3."

"So...what was your first impression?" Isabel asked.

Alice swallowed a chunk of her bread roll before asking, "of who?"

"You know, her." Isabel nudged her head towards Eilonwy, who was getting food.

"She seems quiet but her smile is pretty." Taran answered.

Taran was another kid in the youth program, and he kind of looked like Peter except Taran had green eyes.

"I don't know. She seems rather quiet." Alice said.

"She's new, cut her some slack." Isabel scoffed.

"But see how she's doing?" Alice was talking about Anastasia, who was laughing and chatting with Snow and Giselle.

"Oh guys, did I tell you what I did?"

"Not now Taran she's coming over." Isabel whispered.

Eilonwy stopped and looked around. She was like a lost puppy in this big school.

She felt a tap on her shoulder. It was the girl with soft brown eyes and long brown hair. She wore a blue top with denim shorts. Eilonwy couldn't blame her, she noticed Florida weather was hot.

"You can sit with us." She said, and led her to a table with another girl and boy sitting there.

"Hello, I'm Taran, ladies man." He winked.

"Taran, please don't start." Isabel sighed. "I'm Princess Isabel of Avalor, nice to meet you."

"And I'm Alice. Alice Kingsley." While Alice shook Eilonwy's hand, she noticed they looked more alike than she thought.

"Anyway, I didn't tell you guys what I did." Taran said.

"What is it?" Alice snapped.

"I signed up for Tiana's cooking club."

"Why?" Isabel asked.

"Because I heard Kida Nedakh is part of it, and she's hot."

"Ok first, you can't cook to save your life Taran." Alice said.

"And second, you can't date Kida, she is way out of your league." Isabel finished.

"You guys doubt me, but watch her fall for my charm."

Isabel and Alice rolled their eyes.

Eilonwy walked down the halls, trying to find her way to Mr. Cricket's history class when she bumped into a young woman.

"Oh I am so-" Eilonwy began to say.

Then the older girl and her friend started laughing. "Wow, you look like a mini me!"

"Are you Aurora?" Eilonwy asked.

"Yes, how did you know?"

"A kid in class said I look like a mini you, but that's obviously not a bad thing if it means I grow to be as pretty as you."

"Aw, you're so sweet! Are you lost? My friend Snow and I can help you find your way."

"Which class do you have?" Snow asked, peering at her schedule.

"History with..."

"Jiminy Cricket! He's my favorite! I have history with another teacher but I'll show you to his class." Snow said, walking down the hallway.

"I'll see you guys later!" Aurora waved.

Eilonwy took one of the seats in the top row. It was like a movie theater! Except, it was history and they weren't in a movie theater, the stairs were just set up that way.

Eilonwy spotted that same boy from lunch, Taran, walking into class.

He saw her and sat in the seat next to her.

"Hi." He said.

"Hello."

"Okay so yesterday we didn't finish 2.3 did we? That's fine, I know about all that!" Mr. Cricket said.

"Do you know this guy is also our guidance counselor?" Taran whispered to her.

"Really? He seems nice."

"Yeah, he's a great cricket."

It was the end of the school day and Eilonwy had to go to her dorm.

She saw the janitor sweeping up. She saw a string of keys on his belt, that was barely holding up, just saying.

"You have every key to every door in this school!" Eilonwy exclaimed.

The janitor, who's name was Pete, eyed the little girl.

"Yeah. And don't you try to go stealing these keys. I can feel the weight of each one of them!" He snapped.

"I didn't intend to sir." Eilonwy said, and walked in the direction of the youth dorms.

"Oh, nobody's here." Eilonwy frowned.

"Sorry didn't see you there." Said a girl, appearing out of thin air.

"Ack! How did you..?"

"You...must've not seen me. I do tend to blend in sometimes...I'm Violet...Violet Parr."

Eilonwy shrugged. It seemed to make Violet more tense.

"Well...I'm your roommate!" She laughed nervously.

"Wonderful. I guess I'll start unpacking."

(AN: Eilonwy is from the black cauldron, Kida is from Atlantis, and Dash is not in the youth program so don't expect him there. Taran is also from the black cauldron. Jiminy is from Pinocchio, and Pete is from Mickey Mouse Clubhouseee. Anyone remember that show?)
