Periwinkle knocked on the door to Tinkerbell's dorm that Sunday morning, hoping her sister would be there. She'd been absent from a few of her classes and council meetings, and Periwinkle just wanted to make sure she was okay. After the second round of knocking, Tinkerbell finally answered.
"Not today, Periwinkle. I'm too tired."
"But...you have a council meeting in an hour, and you look like you just got out of bed."
"Because I did."
Her sister was usually fairly organized, and she loved her position on the council so Periwinkle had no idea why Tinkerbell wouldn't be up and ready.
"It's almost twelve o'clock, Tink."
"Your point?"
Her eyes glimmered red for a fleeting second, and Periwinkle stopped and wondered if she'd actually seen anything or not.
"The council can do without me. After all, I'm not the one graduating or going to prom this year, so why should I help?"
This was so unlike Tinkerbell. Periwinkle blinked at her sister in confusion, wondering if she was being serious or not.
"But...but Tink you can't just not participate in the event! They'll need all the help they can get!"
Tinkerbell glared at her. "Well then offer some of yours."
With that, she slammed the door in Periwinkle's face, leaving her sister startled.
Periwinkle stepped back from the door, battling between knocking again and just leaving Tinkerbell alone.
"There must be something wrong with her," she said. "There's no other explanation."

Ariel held a pink shirt to her chest, looking at the mirror to see if it could work.
"What do you think Moana?" she asked.
"I think that this is just a movie with Shang and Giselle, not an actual date." She smirked. "Does Giselle even know we're going to be there this afternoon?"
Ariel gasped, almost dropping the shirt, and Moana sighed.
"I'm guessing that means you didn't tell her."
"I forgot! I just...I guess I was just too busy—"
"Thinking about what outfit you're going to wear to this movie? Well, guess what?"
Ariel turned away from the mirror to look at Moana. "What?"
Moana leaned back on Giselle's bed, glancing at the hallway through the open door. "If I'm correct, Giselle is coming towards the dorm right now. So you can tell her!"
"Why can't you?" Ariel whined.
Moana shrugged, smiling.
Giselle walked in a few seconds after Moana said she was coming and was surprised to see Moana on her bed.
"Oh. Hi, girls! Are you guys going out?" she said, noticing the mess of Ariel's clothes around the dorm room.
"Yes, we are actually. Ariel, where are we going again?"
Ariel shot Moana a quick death glare, then smiled at Giselle.
"Elle, you know that movie you invited Eric to? Then he invited Shang?"
"Yeah..."
"He kind of invited us too. So you don't need to find another person for a double date anymore!"
Moana held her head in her hands. Ariel was still trying to convince Giselle that this was a double date.
Giselle frowned. "But it's not a double date now. It's five people. And I don't think any of you have ever shown interest in Shang before."
"We haven't," Moana said. "I hate to break it to you Giselle but I think Eric just wanted this to be a friendly outing."
Giselle sank on her bed next to Moana, nodding slowly. "You're right. He doesn't like me, I knew he didn't. I was just trying to be hopeful."
Moana rubbed Giselle's back soothingly, while Ariel sat down in her pile of clothes.
"Do you not want to go to the movies anymore?"
"No Ariel, don't worry about it I'll still go. I heard the movie is really good anyway, so the fact that you guys are going is great. What are you wearing Moana?"
"What I have on."
"Right, right."
Giselle laughed and began to sift through her closet with Ariel while Moana rolled her eyes at the both of them.
"Remember, it's just a movie."

"Sofia! Thank goodness you came."
Lucinda tugged Sofia's arm and pulled her over to where her and Indigo were sitting.
Indigo scoffed. "She called you here? I swear, I didn't get into a fight with Sofia so there's nothing I have to apologize for, okay?"
"It's not about that Indigo!" Lucinda sighed. "It's about Lily."
"Possibly one of my least favourite subjects."
"Please Indigo, just bear with me. Haven't you noticed that she's so silent lately?"
"That's great!"
"Indigo, take this seriously!"
Sofia played with her hair. "Yeah, I've noticed. It's almost as if...she's hiding a huge secret."
Indigo fake gasped. "Oh my goodness! What if she's dating Weasel!"
Indigo laughed as the two girls glared at her, silently praying for her to be serious. Lucinda was worried about her friend. Even though she leaned more to the quiet side, she never hesitated to tell Lucinda anything. She just seemed so distant lately, and it made Lucinda wonder if she did anything wrong.
Sofia rolled her eyes at Indigo, turning to Lucinda again. "Have you tried reaching out to her?"
"Of course I have! I've tried to talk to her about what happened since she went missing, but she refuses to tell me what happened. She keeps on giving the same answer."
"She says this: 'I can't remember what happened, it's all so hazy' or 'it hurts when I try to think about it'," Indigo said, impersonating Lily. "I gave up after she said it the second time. You should be proud I even tried."
"Indigo! What if something bad happened to her? Something that she was threatened not to talk about. It would make sense!"
"You're right, Luci. With Tinkerbell being pretty much absent in the school and Philip disappearing then acting all weird, it's the same thing! Lily disappeared and now she's acting weird. Something must be linked to all this."
"Oh yeah. Does anyone remember when Ariel disappeared into the night? She came back normal."
Lucinda started pacing. Indigo did have a point. How come Ariel wasn't affected like everyone else when she vanished?
"Maybe...maybe we could do something," Lucinda murmured.
"Uh oh. No, I see that look on your face and I don't like where it's going."
Indigo sprang up and tried to make her way to the door, but Sofia grabbed her arm.
"If Lucinda has a plan, let's hear it."
Lucinda grinned. "I think I might."
Hi people! I'm gonna have names for us because there's two people on this account now. Blueberry, who began descendantstexts, then me, Strawberry. I kinda revamped the whole profile. Blueberry knows though! I love Zelda, and Blueberry does too, and we're so excited for BOTW 2, so I was like why not! Hope you enjoyed this chapter!
