Violet slammed the door to her dorm room and pulled her diary out from under her pillow.

She scribbled so angrily that she didn't even hear Eilonwy come in.

"Are you writing your story again? Oh, sorry, I mean diary. Are you okay? I saw what happened at dinner."

"I think everyone did," Violet grumbled.

"Do you want to talk about it? Or do you prefer your diary?"

Tears welled up in Violet's eyes. "Am I an inconsiderate jerk?"

Eilonwy blinked. "Well you're gonna have to give me a bit more context than that."

"Wilbur liked me this entire time. And all I talked about was Tony."

"Well you're not a mean person Violet."

"It hurt me enough when Riley gave Tony her number, I can't imagine how Wilbur must've felt this entire time, and I never noticed. I'd never want to hurt Wilbur!"

"Violet, I think the best thing to do is talk to him. I mean, I'm not the best talker but you seem very good with words."

Violet sniffed. "Really?"

"Yeah. But leave it for the morning. I think everyone just needs to cool down right now."

"You're right. Thanks Eilonwy."

"How do you think they're doing on the flight right now?" Hildegard asked Amber.

"They shouldn't be there yet." Amber shrugged. "Besides, why should I care? There was obviously something wrong with the system because James is going and I'm not."

"Don't worry about it Amber, at least we're here too," Clio said.

Penny ran past them, and Clio caught up to her.

"Penny? Is everything okay? I haven't seen you in ages, and I just heard about what happened in the cafeteria."

Penny sighed. "Ugh, how does word spread so fast!"

Clio shrugged. "What happened? Was it Tiger Lily again? I heard Hiro yelled at Violet."

"It wasn't really yelling he was just saying something to her..."

"Penny." Clio grasped Penny's hands. "You can't let your friend group fall apart."

Penny wiped tears away from her face. "It's way too late for that. Wilbur won't hang out with me if I'm with Violet. When did things get so complicated?"

"Don't worry Penny, it'll be okay after a good night's sleep."

It was Tuesday morning, and the jet had landed.

"Mr. Timon—"

"Wendy we've been through this it's Timon."

"Never mind that WHY ARE WE IN PENNSYLVANIA?"

Timon and Pumbaa looked at their surroundings.

"How can you be so sure it's Pennsylvania?" Timon asked.

"Yeah, looks like Africa to me!" Pumbaa agreed.

"There's a sign right there that says 'Welcome to Pennsylvania!' if that gives any clues," Isabel said sarcastically.

Alice took a pamphlet.

James noticed. "What do you need that for?"

"A souvenir. To remember how we were supposed to go to Africa but ended up in Pennsylvania."

"Do you not have a GPS on that jet of yours?" Megara yelled.

"I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't," Kida muttered.

"Hey now, we'll just start up the jet again and we'll be back on track to Africa!" Timon stepped back on.

They heard the engine stir to life, and then a pop.

Jane sighed. "Great."

Tarzan looked at the back of the jet. "Seems like the left motor is busted, but I'm sure we can find replacements here right?"

Hercules shrugged. "We'd have to find a store first. Or something."

Tiana shook her head. "Why did you even land here? This is near a road. Even if we were to call someone we're not supposed to be here!"

"I think I'm more qualified to fly the jet than you Pumbaa, no offence," Kida said.

"None taken."

Violet woke up in a pretty good mood. She had gotten a text from Tony.

But then all the memories of yesterday evening flowed into her head and she was stuck sulking in her bed.

She barely had time to sulk though, since classes were starting soon. She wasn't ready to face anyone at breakfast, so she might just sneak in there to grab a muffin, or tell Penny to get her something.

She picked up her phone, wondering if she should, then sighed.

"I need to talk to Wilbur myself."

Violet entered the cafeteria, and she could feel heads slowly turn to stare at her. She hurried over to the line of breakfast muffins, and grabbed two.

She saw Hiro eating with Tiger Lily and Lilo, and decided that's not where she wanted to go. She couldn't see Penny at all, but she could catch Wilbur leaving the cafeteria, chewing a bagel.

Violet jogged after him, hoping to catch him before the first period bell rang.

"Wilbur!" she yelled after him. "Wilbur!"

Wilbur turned around quite happily, but then he saw who it was and frowned.

"I just want to talk."

"About what? Tony?" he asked.

"Yes. I mean, no. I mean, sort of? I didn't know that you liked me. I'm so sorry. I would've never talked about him as much as I did if I knew. The last thing I'd want to do is hurt you Wilbur you're my—"

"Friend. Yeah, I'm painfully aware of that. But I'm chill being in the friend zone, I guess. I like you a lot but...I don't want to let my feelings mess up what we have as friends. Besides, I want to see you happy. So if Tony does that, sure."

"Wow. That's...oddly mature of you."

Wilbur shrugged. "I've just learnt to get over it. But...don't worry if I'm a bit distant towards you, I just need to work it all out first. I'm...confused."

Violet didn't want to leave it at that, but she could see Wilbur turning away from her.

"Wilbur, wait."

Wilbur shook his head a little before turning back around to face her.

"Can I..." She felt like a little kid asking this question. "Can I have a hug? I also brought you a breakfast muffin."

Wilbur stared at her for a while. He'd love to hug her, that was sure, but he didn't think it'd help.

"Thanks for the muffin...but I think it's best we don't for now," he said, then the bell rang.

So Violet stood alone in the hallway, holding two muffins, while students rushed past her to get to their classes.

I feel so bad for leaving for so long, but I was going through so much and I felt like I was going to hit my head against a brick wall at one point but I'm fineee. Anyway I got a lot lined up and this book might actually finish soon not quite sure but thanks for waiting!
