Chapter 22~ Jane

Jane was waiting for Esmeralda to finish her practice with the cheerleaders. While they were practicing, she noticed the jocks walk on the field, probably practicing as well. Everybody knew the football game was intense between Disney and DreamWorks.

There were also a few more teams in the league, but they were usually out in the first few rounds. Disney and DreamWorks always end up head to head.

She saw a jock turn her way and smile, and it only took her a few seconds to realize it was Tarzan. She smiled awkwardly and waved back.

Why was she so awkward around guys? Especially Tarzan. That was a guy she definitely did not want to be awkward towards.

She caught Esmeralda's eye and Esmeralda shot her a smug look. Jane rolled her eyes.

After Esmeralda was finished with practice, they just hung out in the courtyard.

"Then Cinderella told me that Phoebus likes me! I almost didn't believe her, but then again, Cindy always has her facts straight!" Esmeralda exclaimed.

"It's not a big deal." Jane murmured, trying to finish her wildlife report.

"And you know Jim Hawkins? He has this freaky cute pet called Morph. He showed up with him to practice."

"Uh...aren't animals not allowed on school grounds? We have like, a separate area for them don't we?" Jane asked.

"Jane, nobody follows that rule. Our principal is a mouse."

"Fair point."

"Lilo has Stitch, Jasmine has Rajah, I'm pretty sure Aladdin has Abu-"

"Okay, okay, I get it! Literally everyone has a pet." Jane laughed.

Jane checked the time. It was time for the council meeting. As leader of the student council, she couldn't be late.

"Sorry Esme, I have to go." Jane pushed her brown hair out of her face and picked up her laptop.

"Ok then, I'll see you later!"

Jane sat at the head of the table. Unfortunately it was lunch and she wouldn't be able to make it to rehearsal, but the council needed this meeting.

Elena walked in with Mateo and Naomi, then Pocahontas and Wendy Darling entered. When Iridessa and Terrence flew in, the meeting was officially in order.

"Okay guys, I think we all know what we're here to discuss." Jane said.

"By the way Jane, Tinkerbell can't make it, she's assisting Elsa." Iridessa said.

"That's fine. Anyway, the recent events that occurred this weekend."

"You mean...the villains?" Wendy asked.

"I've been thinking about that lately, and I just don't see how it adds up." Elena muttered.

"What do you mean?" Pocahontas asked.

"She means, how could they have pulled this off? Faked so many deaths?" Naomi said.

"Well we all thought Gaston died, but here he is!" Mateo sighed.

"True." Jane nodded.

"But Elena's right, it just doesn't make sense..."

"I've got to beat that Oona girl! Eric has totally been neglecting me ever since she became the fastest swimmer!" Ariel huffed.

"Ariel, you're jealous of a fourteen year old?" Attina scoffed.
