I watched Mr. Angelo Arelliano go to the stand and swear in the jury.

"I do." He said. I stand up and go in front of him. I placed in front of him the result of the test in the fingerprint on the knife.

"Mr. Angelo Arelliano. Am I right?"

"Yes."

"Kindly read the paper that I placed in front of you." Utos ko sa kaniya. Yumuko siya at binasa iyon. "What's in the paper?"

"It's stated that the fingerprints that we found on the knife are Ms. Villamontes and Mr. Gonźaleź fingerprints." He answered.

"Your Honor," I said. "As what you heard Mr. Angelo Arelliano found Ms. Villamontes and Mr. Gonźaleź fingerprints on the knife that used to kill Lorence. On the first hearing, Mr. Carlo Sarmiento stated that he saw in his own eyes that Ms. Arabella Villamontes is holding the knife full of blood in her hands. He only saw Ms. Villamontes in the forest when Lorence being killed and he didn't saw Mr. Gonźaleź that he's with Ms. Villamontes. There's also no shreds of evidence that will prove Mr. Klaus Gonźaleź is also a part of the death of Mr. Lorene Trinidad so there's a possibility that Mr. Gonźaleź did just pulled the knife on Mr. Lorence Trinidad's body the reason why he also has a fingerprint on the knife and Ms. Arabella Villamontes is the only person who kills Mr. Trinidad. Thank you. I have no further questions." I said and go back to my seat. I can't even swallow all the words that I am saying here.

"Does the defense have any question?" Judge Corpuz asks.

"No, Your Honor." He answered.

"The prosecution may call the next witness."

Tinawag ko ang susunod na witness. Lumabas naman ito at tumingin muna sa akin bago hinarao ang Clerk.

"Please stand. Raise your right hand. Do you promise that the testimony you shall give in the case before this court shall be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you, God?"

"I do."

"Please state your first and last name."

"Emily Santiago."

"You may be seated."

I stand up and go towards the witness stand. "Ms. Emily Santiago, what's your relationship with the defendant?"

"S-she's my classmate po noong nasa college pa kami."

"What school?"

"Brent International School."

"And what course?"

"Business Administration."

"Are you close with her?"

"No... we're just casual to each other because she's famous in our school and has a lot of friends hindi ako naging malapit sa kaniya dahil po medyo nakakaintimidate siya."

"Hanggang kelan mo siya naging kaklase noong college kayo?"

"Simula first year hanggang forth year po."

"Do you think she's capable of killing someone especially her friend?"

"Y-Yes... She's.. she's the kind of friend who can abandon her friends easily without being guilty. She can even hurt someone physically because of her anger. I saw her hurting someone physically."

"What kind of physical violence?"

"Slapping, punching, and kicking. Nakita ko din na may knife siya sa bag niya."

"Nakita mo ba kung saan niya ginagamit ang knife na binabaon niya lagi sa loob ng school niyo?"
