"Detective Jared dela Cruz. You're the one who investigated the death of Mr. Lorence Trinidad's case three years ago, right?" Raze ask the witness.

"Yes." He answered. The interrogation is continued and here I am still can't believe all that I am hearing right now. It's between Klaus and Luisa. Isa sa kanila ang totoong pumatay kay Lorence.

"Was there... any crucial evidence that made Ms. Arabella a suspect?" Tanong ni Raze sa witness.

"Yes. There was the wine opener which was the murder weapon but didn't have Ms. Villamontes fingerprints."

"So are you saying that... knife is not the only weapon the murder use to kill Mr. Trinidad?"

"No." Sagot niya. Kumunot ang noo ko dahil sa pagkalito ganun din naman si Raze. "The knife that they found is not the weapon of the murder. The knife is from Mr. Pereź. He uses that to threaten Ms. Villamontes and Mr. Trinidad to get inside the car of Mr. Trinidad. The knife used only to threaten Mr. Lorence and Ms. Villamontes to not say anything to their school about the spreading of Ms. Villamontes and Mr. Samino's sex scandal. Dahil kapag nagsumbong sila hindi makakagraduate o makakakuha ng bar exams si Mr. Gonźaleź." dagdag niya.

"So sinasabi mo ba na ang nasa likod paglalagay ng drugs sa inumin nila Mr. Samino at Ms. Villamontes noong nasa bar sila at dahilan kung bakit sila nagkaroon ng sex scandal na ikinalat sa BIS five years ago ay sila Mr. Gonźaleź at Ms. Pereź?"

"Yes."

"Continue."

"I think Mr. Gonźaleź accidentally stabbed Mr. Trinidad with the knife that he uses to threaten them. Mr. Gonźaleź and Ms. Villamontes leave Mr. Trinidad to Ms. Pereź when they're in Ms. Pereź family rest house in Palawan. Mr. Gonźaleź left because Luisa asks him to buy something while Ms. Villamontes left because her mother is in the hospital at kailangan niyang bumalik ng Manila para sa ina niya. So Ms. Pereź uses the wine opiner she see on the rest house to kill Mr. Trinidad."

"Objection, your Honor." I stand up and look to Judge Corpuz. "What the witness just said is his personal opinion."

"Detective." Tawag sa witness ni Judge Corpuz. "Are they any grounds for your statement?" Tanong ni Judge Corpuz. Hindi naman nakasagot ang witness at yumuko lang ito. I looked at Raze who's darkly looking at the witness. He clenched his jaw and look at the judge coldly.

"Yes, Your Honor." He said firmly. Nanlaki ang mata ko noong sinabi niya iyon. Did... did he has that wine opener? Kanino niya nakuha? Bakit hindi namin nakita 'yan? Is he holding another shred of evidence other than the wine opener?

Ang alam ko meron ngang ipinakitang wine opener na ebidensya noon pero walang fingerprints na nakita doon.

"Ang wine opener na ginamit bilang ebidensya... I'll submit the actual wine opener that was used for murder as evidence." Naglakad siya papunta sa lamesang nakahanda sa kaniya at kinuha ang isang plastic kung nasaan ang wine opener na tinitukoy niya. Inilapag niya iyon sa harapan.

"Objection your Honor," I said again and stand up. "The evidence the counsel is submitting is fabricated."

"I will submit the results from the National Forensic Service as well." Raze said and didn't mind what I said to the Judge. I sighed heavily at bumalik ako sa pagkakaupo ko.

"Ang resulta ng forensic ay ipinapakita dyan na... Mr. Trinidad's blood and flesh was found on the murder weapon. The murder weapon found previously did not show the murder's fingerprints. Pero ang wine opener na makikita niyo dito... contains the murder fingerprints."

"The murderer?" I stand up and look at him. He looks at me back with those cold eyes.

"The murderer is... your friend Prosecutor Vergara. It's Ms. Luisa Pereź." He said to me seriously. I shook my head still not believing what he said. Biglang nag-init ang gilid ng mata ko at nilingon si Luisa na umiiling sa akin.
