Third Person Pov:

Back on Marley

After (y/n) left to Paradis, the rest of Marley remained the same. Quiet and peaceful for Marleyans, but hell on earth for the Eldian people.

The Warriors were planning their trip back in the next few weeks. They have a meeting with the General and the Commander later today and Reiner's been holding onto a vital piece of information. He has been debating on whether or not to share it to the Commander.

Some days he remembers he is a Warrior, but other days he still believes he's a soldier back on Paradis. He misses his comrades.

The brown haired girl who talked back to an instructor because she was caught eating food in training, a buzz cut boy who forgets everything presented to him, and a cocky son of a bitch with dual colored hair that thinks he can get every girl to fall in love with him.

Reiner crumpled the piece of paper in his hand and squeezed his fists to his temples. Pieck and Zeke were quietly watching him, but said nothing to stop him. Pieck even chuckled into her hand a bit at the sight of his internal rage.

The meeting was about to start and Bertholdt was the only one trying to comfort Reiner.

"I have to do it, I have to tell them." Reiner whispered. Fidgeting with his fingers causing small cuts to form on his hands.

Bertholdt sighed, "If that's what you need to do then, Reiner. We're Warriors. We report things like this and you know it."

They all didn't want to believe they had a traitor in their military. It was hard for them to believe it was someone so close to them. Someone they grew up, someone they trained with.

"This meeting will now begin." A stern voice announced as he entered the room.

Reiner stood up from his chair, interrupting Commander Magath. "Is there something you need to say, Reiner? We don't have time to waste."

Reiner slammed the small crumpled piece of paper on the table and looked the Commander in the eye.

"I took this from her room. She didn't know. I spilled tea to distract her, but I ripped this page from her book."

(Y/N) POV

Erwin and I got back to headquarters. He still had the unreadable expression on his face and I didn't want to bother him about it. He didn't start acting this way until that man bumped into me. There's no way Erwin would know who that guy is at all.

Right?

Something was very wrong. I can feel it.

Why were there Marleyan soldiers in Trost anyways? How would they have known to come here?

I went straight to my room, but before I could open my door, Levi grabbed my arm.

"Hey, slow down there. You'll trip."

I tried to hide my face. If he saw it, he would know something was wrong and that's the last thing I need right now.

"Nothing. I'm going to bed." I reached to open the door, but Levi quickly blocked it.

"Levi, please. I want to sleep." I tried to shove him away, but he wouldn't budge.

"Not until you tell me what the hells going on with you."

I looked up at his face with glossy eyes. I didn't know what to say because there were so many things wrong. I just kept dragging him in deeper.

Levi doesn't deserve a pathetic person like me.
