Liv

Meredith's POV:
We are all sitting out by the pool. The kids swimming Maggie laying in the sun and Winston with the kids. I was sitting under the cabana with Cormac observing everyone. "Hey baby mama." He says walking back with a cold water and beer in hand. "Ugh don't remind me." I reply earning a frown.

I look up to see Liam sitting on the edge of the pool, his feet dangle in the water with an exceptionally pretty girl next to him. "Oh hell no." Cormac says standing up. I place my hand on his thigh as he begins to walk. "Sit down papa bear." I say pulling him back. "Relax." He sits down in the seat I'm in laying on me. He rests his head on my belly. "Your daughter says to go beat his ass." Cormac informs. I chuckle "oh yeah?" He nods. "Daddy beat him up no girls. She said. Sorry babe gotta listen to the boss." His voice was childish at first. "Last time I checked I'm boss." I reply looking down at Cormac. "You were..." he replies. I shake my head. "So you think girl?" I ask. He nods. "I want girl... I never got to do the little girl things." He was so pure and excited. Meredith smiles at him "daddy's girl." I mumble. "Mhm. Except now I have Ellis..." Cormac counters not looking at Meredith but looking at the ground. "I love her Mer. She's my everything I mean I'd really do anything for that kid. When her little hand wraps around my fingers because my hands too big for her to hold all the way. Or when she wakes up from a nap bed time whatever she carries around that damn elephant- that I swear is going to be the death of me one day- rubbing her eyes reaching for me. Her freaking giggle and sassiness." Cormac stops hearing Me sniffle. "Are you crying?" He asks. "No." I shake my head trying to hold back tears. "Come here babe." He sits up pulling me into his lap holding me. "It's just you love her like your own kids and- and I never thought-" I sigh as I begin to cry more. "Of corse I do. I love all of our kids. Every single on of them. I promise. I love you too." He replies I nod with my head hurried in his neck.

Cormac's POV:
"He touched her." I say still holding Meredith. She laughs pulling away from me to see him. "Her shoulder? Babe... it's okay." She assures me. I shake my head no. "No girls." I responded trying to stand up. I'm pulled back down by Meredith's hand on my shoulder. "If there's one thing you shouldn't do it's barge in on them like that. Wait till he talks." She says resting her head on my shoulder. "I just want to protect him. He's my first baby boy." Meredith chuckle "he's not a baby boy anymore. Let him have space." She says rubbing her hand in the back in my neck. "Cor baby think of when you were his age." Meredith was trying to help but little did she know she was only making it worse. "I lost my virginity at a beach." I reply turning my head coldly at her. "Okay not what I meant." I roll my eyes. "Your mom told you not to date... right? Something like boy you're to young. Gonna find yourself in so serious shit. No. Am I right?" She questions. I nod surprised. "Y-yeah." I stutter. "Mhm... and what did you do?" I now learn the reason Meredith brought this up. "Lost my virginity at a party... at night, drunk, with three girls, no adults." I admit. She nods. "Exactly. Leave him alone."

"Dad... mom, this is Liv." Liam walks over to us sitting down in a lounge chair right in front of us. I place my hand on Merediths knee digging my nails into her skin. "Babe." She says in an annoyed tone. I loosen my grip. "Nice to meet you Liv." Meredith smiles "this is Cormac my bo- fiancé. It's nice to meet you." Those words Cormac my fiancé. God I love them. "Liv. Liam." I nod in a manner to say hi. "Can she come over for dinner... or mom can you give us a ride?" I did my nails back into Meredith keen causing her to squirm grabbing my hand. She pulls it up enclosing it between hers. "Yes, I can give you a ride but Liam we leave soon." She replies keeping her smile. He nods "thank you." He says taking Liv by the hand as they walk back to the water. "Ow" Meredith says turning her head to Cormac. "Sorry." He replies keeping his attention on Liam and Liv. "Look at me." Meredith whispers moving his head to face her. "Breathe. He's older now and likes girls... he's not a baby." Meredith let's go of his face grabbing his wrist pulling it to her belly. "This.... this is a baby." Meredith says looking at his hand on her lower stomach.

"This is our baby... I took a test." Cormac looks down her hand resting on his protectively holding their baby. His and Meredith's baby. A perfect mix. A tear escapes his eye "y-y-you're pregnant?" She smiles wiping a tear off her face nodding. "W-with my baby?" They sit there for a second "our baby... when we get home I uh... I scheduled an appointment with Carina if that's okay with you." Meredith explains. "Mhm- ye-yeah. Yeah of course I want to make sure everything is perfect and it's healthy. Oh my god. I'm gonna be a dad." I'm so excited but scared. I'm gonna be a dad again... I'm going to have to relearn everything. "You're already a dad." Meredith says taking her hand off mine. "B-but I'm going to be a dad again. With your baby." I say bring my hand to Meredith's cheek. "I love you so damn much Cor."
