Katya woke up before Trixie, which wasn't anything new. She couldn't really sleep at all, considering all the emotions that she felt. It seemed as if her world was coming down around her. "You need to get sleep like a normal person you know?"

"I didn't know you were awake." Trixie yawned as she turned on the lamp.

"What's going on baby? Still stressing over your parents?"

"I'm not stressing."

"Well, what would you call it then?" Trixie turned and rested her head on her shoulder as she looked at Katya.

"Worried."

"About?"

"I don't know, my future, my family's future."

"Have you decided if you are going to move back in with your dad?"

"I don't know. I haven't lived with him in what feels like so long. And it would be so weird without mom."

"That is fair."

"What should I do?"

"I mean, I can't really tell you what to do baby. I can just be here to comfort and support you." Trixie sat up, taking her hair out of the high ponytail she had put it in earlier. She pulled on her robe and stood up, walking to the door. "You could always move in with me you know? Anyway, I'm gonna go make us some tea." Katya laid back on her pillow and stared at the ceiling. She could move in? Or maybe that was just Trixie trying to make her feel better. What was Katya gonna do?

Katya walked through the mall with her friends, she needed to try and clear her head but it wasn't working too well. "Katya you're being quiet, what's wrong?" Jan softly poked Katya as they stood waiting for Gigi to finish trying on her new dress. She had pulled Crystal in there with her so Katya felt comfortable enough to talk.

"My parents are getting a divorce."

"Shit, I'm sorry Kat. How'd you find out?"

"My dad showed up a few days ago and told me. He said Willam and I could move in with him. And well Trixie said I could move in with her."

"What?!"

"Shhh, not so loud."

"Sorry. Well, what are you going to do?"

"I have no idea."

"Do you want to move in with Ms. Mattel?"

"Ugh, stop calling her that."

"Sorry, force of habit."

"I want to..sorta."

"Sorta?"

"What if she doesn't like me there?"

"You literally spend weeks there at a time. You are overthinking as usual." Katya walked out of the clothing store, with Jan on her heels.

"It doesn't feel that way Jan. Dating and spending time over there is one thing but moving is completely different."

"I guess I didn't think about it that way."

"Yeah."

"You could always come stay with me and my family for however long you need, you know my mom and dad love you. You can share a room with me!"

"Thanks. Hey, can you tell Gigi and Crystal that I'll see them later?"

"Wait, where are you going?"

"I don't know? Anywhere, I just need to be alone to clear my head."

"What should I tell them?"

"That I don't feel good or some crap like that."

"I hope you figure things out Kat."

"Thanks Jan." Katya walked towards the exit of the mall, feeling a heaviness on her that felt as if it was gonna break her back.

Katya spent time driving around until about 6:30. She finally stopped at the park that was close to Trixie's place. She sat on a bench, watching leaves falling from the tress. "So, this is where you got off to."

"How'd you find me?"

"I know you come here when you aren't feeling the best. Still stressing, wait sorry..worried?" Trixie leaned over the back of the bench.

"Ha ha very funny."

"Just a question love."

"You already know the answer."

"Katya, why don't you just come live with me?"

"You meant that?"

"Of course. I wouldn't have said it if I didn't."

"You could easily change your mind."

"I'm not."

"Trixie, I would be there all the time."

"Yes, I am aware of that. You act like I don't know that babe." Trixie chuckled and kissed Katya's shoulder. "I love you and want you to be happy. And if you don't like the idea of living with me as my girlfriend, you can take it as me helping out someone who is very important to me."

"Trixie, what if you don't like me being there all the time?"

"Katya, babe I'm asking because I do want you there all the time, with me all the time. Do you know how lonely my bed feels without you? I know at first, I wasn't so into the idea but I want you to love."

"Can I think about it?"

"Of course and if you say no then that is okay. It won't change anything about our relationship."
