Avery's POV

The three of us worked on the various assignments without any difficulties as Remo worked on cooking dinner in the kitchen. This sent me back to when we were kids and when Papi would divide his time between cooking and helping us with homework making sure we weren't getting sidetracked. At the moment he would be yelling at Quinn who was making some pencil rubber band contraption one-handed after Remo yelled at her for the slingshot. I wish she actually shot it at Dante; it would've been interesting to see how he reacted. However, I knew Quinn would have never actually done it. When Remo told us dinner was almost ready we gathered our piles of work together to take upstairs later and tried to help Remo.

"No you don't, you aren't doing any work this week you're supposed to take it easy."

"Yeah, doctor's orders," The yeti strolled back in with a smirk knowing he was probably pissing us off.

I rolled my eyes and grabbed the plates sitting on the counter, "Just because you're a doctor you can't decide what we can and can't do." My twins followed my lead grabbing things to bring to the table ignoring Remo's protests.

"Well, I can if it is about your health and I am also your older brother."

I rolled my eyes with a dramatic sigh that made Quinn and Sawyer laugh, "That is a terrible argument. First of all, carrying plates and other small things to the table isn't exactly hard work and we've done more in worse condition and second of all contrary to your beliefs being our brother gives you zero power over us."

"So you admit we are your brothers?" Adriano strolled in wearing a smirk with Angelo and Cesco right behind him.

I rolled my eyes, "The DNA proves it."

"You three said earlier that DNA doesn't make someone family. Have you changed your mind, little sister?" Adriano smirked at me.

I flipped him off, "Fuck off."

"Avery."

I waved Dante off, "Yeah yeah old man no bad words and crude actions it will corrupt our poor innocent souls." Quinn and Sawyer really laughed at my dramatics this time and I smirked at them and sat down next to Quinn.

Everyone except Leonardo and Alessandro sat down too and Dante said they were caught up with work tonight so we shrugged it off.

Remo tried to start dinner asking how everyone's day went and my twins and I rolled our eyes at their lack of talent in creating interesting conversations. Sawyer brushed off his question and asked one of his own, "What's a secret conspiracy you believe in?"

Our brothers looked at Sawyer in confusion and Quinn smirked, "Aliens."

As the rest of the table was catching up I gave Quinn a look she could do better than that, "Aliens? That's the best you can do. Think of all the conspiracies out there: the government trying to hide things from us, disappearing people, hell even the ones of made up or orchestrated attacks and you pick something as basic as aliens."

Quinn rolled her eyes and Sawyer backed her up, "Aliens have the most evidence backing them up and it's not basic at all if you really think about it."

"Are the three of you really discussing the existence of aliens right now?" Angelo questioned staring at us.

I swear these brothers of ours really needed to catch on quicker. "No, we're discussing conspiracy theories right now so discuss."

They all glanced at each other and Cesco beamed, "What about bigfoot?"

I rolled my eyes and sighed, "You're worse than Quinn."
