Namjoon - family

I was in the kitchen of mine and my husband's house making some dinner for our children. We had two sons and one daughter. Our daughter being our youngest. Our oldest son, Sunhoo is 7 years, followed by Jungwoo who is 5 years old and then Areum is 2 years old. Namjoon was currently at work and should be home in a couple of hours.

"Sunhoo. Can you get your siblings please. Dinner is ready"

"Yes mama"

"Thank you"

I placed their dishes on the table just as they came running through the door. Areum tugged at my leg as she showed grabby hands. I placed her in her high chair as she grabbed her small fork and started eating.

"Mama, when is daddy coming home?"

"Soon Jungwoo. He's just gotta finish his work and the he'll came straight back to you"

"But we'll be asleep by the time he comes home"

"True but he has the day off work tomorrow so he can spend all day with you"

"Yay. Can we build Lego's or go to the park"

"We could do both of your father is up for it"

"Ok"

Sunhoo and Jungwoo had gone to bed as I was bathing Areum. I was making a bubble hat on top of her head as her little laughs filled the room.

"Right baby that's enough bath time. Let's get you to bed so you can have lots of energy to waste on dada tomorrow"

I wrapped her towel around and walked to her bedroom. Sunhoo was sat on her bed holding my phone.

"Sunhoo why aren't you asleep?"

"Daddy went live I didn't want Areum to miss it so I came in here with your phone"

"What about Jungwoo?"

"He knocked out in his bed"

"Ok. Shall we watch dada's live"

They both started clapping as I sat in the middle of them and held the phone as they watched their Father talk to his fans.

"I have about three minutes left before I gotta get back to work"

I heard the kids whine but they continued watching. After those three minutes they had fallen asleep. I moved Sunhoo back to his bed before going back and tucking Areum in. I walked into our shared bedroom just as my phone started ringing.

"Hey baby. I saw your live so did Sunhoo and Areum"

"Thank you. I should be home in an hour. Don't wait up for me ok"

"I'm good. I want to spend some time with you before the kids hog you all day tomorrow"

"Ok. I'll be back before you know. Make sure your ready"

"Ready for what?"

"Just wear your best outfit"

"Ok"

The next Morning

An hour had passed as I sat on the bathroom counter waiting for Namjoon to finish brushing his teeth.

"You know we should send the kids to one of our parents house tonight"

"That's sounds good"

"Mummy! daddy! We're ready for the park"

"Ok! Daddy's nearly ready!. I'll go sort them out. Meet you in the car?"

"Yeah"

I walked downstairs and got the kid's lunch as I got them inside the car and sat in the driving seat waiting for Namjoon.

"I'm coming! Who's ready for a day at the park!"

A chorus of cheers filled the car as we drove towards the park. We always go to the one that has somewhat more privacy so no camera can take pictures. After a 20 minute drive we arrived at the park as the boys jumped out and ran towards the swings. Namjoon grabbed Areum as I grabbed the picnic bag. Namjoon held my hand as he carried Areum and placed her in the sand pit to play for a bit as we at on a bench directly in front of our children so we could see them.

"Have you ever thought about having one more child?"

"Why the sudden question?"

"Just wondering. I feel bad that my little princess doesn't have a sister"

"Hmm...maybe we'll ask her later"

"Yeah"

Namjoon's parents were coming to collect the kids at 6 so we had to head home and pack their overnight bags.

"Sunhoo what clothes do you want to take with you tomorrow. I heard Grandma and Grandpa are taking you to the beach so you'll need a change of clothes"

"Ok mama. Can I take my blue swim shorts with me and also my beach top that matches daddy's"

"Sure sweetie. What pyjamas do you want to take?"

"Iron man ones"

"Ok. And you have a toothbrush at grandmas so no need to worry about that. Ooh shoes, which shoes?"

"I don't mind mama"

"Ok. You go wait downstairs with your siblings"

I finished packing his bag as I checked Jungwoo and Areum's room before heading down
stairs where Namjoon's dad was talking with Joon.

"Hi Y/N"

"Hi appa. Where eomma?"

"Putting Areum in the car"

"Ok. If there's any problem don't hesitate to ring us, no matter what time it is"

"Will do. You just enjoy the night and the whole day tomorrow to yourselves"

"Thank you. We'll ring before they go bed"

"Bye"

We waved bye to them as they drove off.

"Is it bad that I miss them already?"

"That's parenthood Joon"

"And I love it"

Sorry for the long wait I was busy with my job and I was really procrastinating with finishing this imagine. I have no idea where I was going with it.
