Taehyung - Paris in the Rain

Taehyung's p.o.v

I had it all planned. Y/N had no idea what was going on. She knew I was going to Paris for fashion week but she had no clue I was bringing her with me. I set it all up with her work and managed to get her off work for two weeks.

"Tae, why are there so many suitcases if you're only going for a week?"

"One suitcase is mine, one is yours and the other one has a mixture of our clothes and spare shoes if we need them"

"Wait, hold up. Why have you packed a suitcase for me. I'm not coming with you"

"Think again Ms Kim. You're off for two weeks to come explore the city of love with me"

"Really! I'm finally going to Paris!"

"Yes you are. Now there's going to paparazzi at the airport are you ok with that?"

"Anything's fine with you. I will just head on in whilst you take pictures for them"

"No. I want you beside me. I want to show the world just how beautiful my wife is"

"Even after 3 years of marriage and 6 years of being together, you still manage to make me blush"

"It works everytime. That ensures me that our love is still there now, tomorrow and forever"

"Oh gosh. My cheeks are gonna explode. I'm a lucky woman"

"Now, shoes on we're leaving now"

We got on the private plane along with some other people. Y/N had fallen asleep in the lounge area when waiting to board so I  arrived her and placed on the small bed that was on the plane. I draped the blanket over her as I sat next to her, moving some of the hairs out of her face.

"Is she still asleep?"

"Yeah. Do you think she like Paris?"

"She's going to love it Taehyung. She's mentioned so many times that she wanted to go. Remember when she was that desperate she nearly came with Jimin 3 years ago"

"I remember. Do you think she'll like the room when it's all set up?"

"You think too much. She'll love it either way"

"Ok. I just want it to be special because we never really got our honeymoon due to the pandemic"

"You're only working for a couple of days and the rest of the weeks are just you two. So enjoy it. Heck stay longer if you wish"

"I wish I could honestly. Maybe one day we'll move out of Korea to somewhere even nicer"

"You got big dreams"

By the time we landed Y/N had fallen back asleep so being the gentlemen I am, I placed a blanket around her and carried her into the car and up to our hotel room and gently placed her on the bed. The staff brought our luggage up to the room and I placed it near the bedroom doors, not making too much noise because I didn't want to wake Y/N.

"Tae?"

"Did I wake you? I'm sorry"

"No it's fine. I was starting to wake up anyways. Did you need help bringing the luggage in?"

"No at all. You just sit back and relax"

"Oh ok"

I place a gentle kiss on her temple as she sat out on the balcony overlook the Eiffel Tower. I smiled watching her as her skin flowed under the sun.

"I'll be gone for a couple of hours for the show. Are you sure you're ok with staying in the hotel room all night? You sure you don't want to come to the after party with us?"

"Just go. I will be fine. We've got 13 more days together"

"Let me know if you change your mind"

"I will. Now go before you end up going naked due to me tearing that outfit off you"

"Don't put thoughts in my head Mrs Kim"

"Go go go! You're gonna be late"

"I love you"

"Love you more"

Y/N's p.o.v

I watched from the balcony as he got into the car and headed towards the fashion show. The loud cheers of fans were heard from below. I smiled before heading into the bathroom to take a bath with some wine. As I was sitting in the bath I could hear the light tapping of rain on the window besides me. A small smile crept on my face as I leaned further back and enjoyed the peaceful sounds Paris had to offer.

I got out of the bath after a while and dressed myself and decided to sit on the balcony again with the wine I was drinking. The balcony had bit of a hangover shelter so the rain didn't hit me when I stepped outside. It felt like I had been outside for hours up until I heard the hotel room door open and close.

"Baby!"

"You're home early"

"I couldn't leave you that long on your first trip to Paris. What were you doing sitting out in the rain"

"Just enjoying the sounds this city had to offer"

"Want to go to the open area on the other side of the room?

"Right now?"

"Yes, right now. Let's go"

We quickly slipped our coats on before running towards the door that led to the little garden area on the other side of the room. The rain had started to fall a little harder and faster as we stepped underneath it.

"This is magical Tae"

"Would you care to dance Mrs Kim"

"I'd love to Mr Kim"

He played a song on his phone as he grabbed me by waist and held on my hands as we danced around the terrace. The stars shined brightly above us along with the moon as the rain hit our skin. He pecked me on the lips before bopping my nose. I smiled at him as we stopped moving around and just swayed back and forth.

"Thank you for this trip Tae"

"Anything for my beautiful wife"

"I hope you know how much I love you"

"I do baby. I'll always know even if you never tell me. I'll know through your love language"

"Promise me this is forever?"

"I promise"
