Yoongi - at first sight

It's like the world stopped the moment he walked into the classroom of the college. His hair was flat, covering his forehead. His pale face looked silky smooth whilst his hands looked like they could choke you. And when he smiled or laughed it's like no one else was in the room.

"Good morning students! I have a project for you which requires partners. You'll be in groups of two and I'll be choosing so no complaining. First up Areum and Eric"

The professor went down the list until he got to the last four people.

"Namjoon and Jackson and finally Y/N and Yoongi. The project is due by the end of the next week. Go sit with your parents and good luck everyone"

I had started to collect my stuff ready to move to Yoongi's desk but he beat me to it. He sat down and placed his books on the table before turning to me.

"What should our project be about?"

"Umm, how about photography. We can play with the different settings around like the beach or nature or something like that?"

"I like that. I think sir said we had to describe why we chose our topic"

"Easy"

It was the end of the day and I was about to get into my car when my name was being called.

"Y/N! Wait up!"

"Hey Yoongi. What's wrong?"

"I was just thinking since it's pretty warm out today did you want to go to some places for our project?"

"Oh yeah sure. Did you want to ride with me?"

"Sure. Let's go to the river first"

"Ok"

We made our way to the Han River. I parked the car and got out grabbing my camera and waited for Yoongi. He grabbed my hand as we walked and sat on the grass before taking our photos. I took some photos of the flowers blooming in the grass and then took some of the trees surrounding the area before focusing on the bridge in the far distance.

Yoongi's p.o.v

I watched as she focused on the bridge. A smile forming on her face when she took the picture. I lifted my camera up and taking a picture.

"Hey Yoongi! Look at the picture I just captured!"

She stood in front of me as she showed me the picture of the bridge of the river. You should see the reflection of the bridge within the water and a few cars were on the bridge aswell.

"Wow. You are really good at this"

"Thanks my dad taught me"

"I must thank him for doing that"

"Umm...he passed away 3 years ago"

"Oh, shit. Sorry. I didn't know"

"It's ok. It's not something I like to mention all the time"

"Was he a good man?"

"The best man you could ever ask for. He raised me since I was a baby. My mother didn't want me"

"What a shit move"

"I'm not bothered. I'm just happy that I was at the right age to look after myself when it happened. I didn't like the skins of being in an orphanage"

"We'll I think you're doing amazing. You're dad will be extremely proud of you"

We spoke for a bit longer before going to get some food and then heading home.

One Week Later

Y/N's p.o.v

Our projects were being displayed in the auditorium as it seemed bigger than our class room and instead of going one by one to speak about the project we just held it like a gallery viewing. I walked into the auditorium and saw Areum running towards me.

"Y/N have you seen your project?"

"Well duh I helped with it"

"So you've seen the picture of you up there?"

"What?!"

I gently pushed past her and walked towards mine and Yoongi's display only to see the picture of me right in the middle of the board. My eyes travelled to the card underneath the picture as the words written there caught my eye.

"This is Y/N. My project partner. I decided to capture this photo of her when she was admiring her photo she took of the Han River bridge because her smile made me smile. Throughout this project I saw things I could've never imagined were possible but it was thanks to Y/N. She told me to capture the beauty of the city around so I did. I captured her at first sight. Y/N is beautiful and I wanted this photo to show her that. I love her"

Tears watered my eyes as I looked around the room for Yoongi. Instead they caught Jackson.

"He's out by the field"

"Thank you"

I ran out of the room and towards the field. My heart was beating fast as the butterflies in my stomach continued to flutter. I'm glad he felt the same way. A smile was on my face the whole time I was running before I stopped at the entrance to the field. I saw him standing there bouncing his basketball around. I started running again towards him. I watched as he looked up and stopped bouncing the ball.

"Y/N what are you doi-"

I didn't let him finish as my lips captured his. It's like the world had stopped again. I felt his lips curve into a smile as we pulled apart.

"You meant every word on that picture?"

"Until the day I die"

"It's like our professor knew this was happen"

"I don't care, I've got you now and that's all that matters to me"

We hugged each other before making our way back home. I guess it's true when people say it's love at first sight.
