Hoseok - everlasting friend 🔞

Family and people around me have simply said to never fall in love with your best friend because it could ruin the friendship with just one mistake. But, I believe in making the mistakes to them learn from them. My friendship with Hoseok had been going on for 10 years. We're high school besties. We've watched each other go through heartbreak after heartbreak and been there for each other through our struggles.

My proudest moment was watching Hoseok build his company from bottom to top. At this moment he is having a show for the new launch of his clothing line. It was called the Sunshine Collection; and it was set to bring joy and happiness to people without having to overdo it with bright yellow or pink colours. I was grateful enough to become Hoseok's assistant right at the start of the business so I know just how hard he has worked to get to where he is now. He has been named in the top 10 designers in South Korea, which is huge.

"Y/N, please come meet some guests"

"Of course. Do I look good enough?"

"Beautiful, as always"

I blushed at his comment as we walked around and greeted some of the guests attending. I We excused ourselves after a while to see how the models were doing out the back and to do last minute checks.

"Is everybody ready for the show!?"

"Yes!"

"Ok. Remember just be calm and give it all you got. Let's make the Sunshine Collection shine brightly tonight. Let's do it for Mr Jung!"

All the models cheered slightly and stood ready for position. I looked over at Hoseok to see him slightly panicking.

"Hobi, you're panicking again. Stop it. Everything will go smoothly. I am sure of it"

"Are you sure that all the outfits look presentable and perfect?"

"100%, they were made by you of course"

I gave him a smile of encouragement before standing to the side to let him start the show.

We were halfway through the show and it was going so well. I felt a gap on my shoulder and saw that it was my boyfriend, Buyl.

"Hey, what brings you here?"

"We need to talk"

"Right now"

"It's important, please Naticia"

"Oh, ok"

I followed me him to a quieter place out the back. Nerves kicked in as we stopped.

"I'm breaking up with you"

"What?"

"I don't love you anymore. I fell in love with someone else"

"Wow, you couldn't of waited until tomorrow to tell me this"

"Well this was only meant to last until today"

"Hold up, what was meant to last?"

"The dare"

"Seriously, you're in your mid twenties and you still do pathetic dares like this. Fine, break up with me. You can go now"

I walked away from him trying to hold back the tears. I couldn't cry, at least not at this moment.
