It was raining hard, the wind blew it to the side and I could hear the leaves on the trees being blown and getting hit with rain. I sat on my porch watching it. It looked so calming but chaotic to be in. My laundry was going in the background so I could hear the machine making the noises and smell my laundry detergent. Shane was coming up my farm soaking wet.
Y/n:shane its raining, why are you here?
Shane:I was gonna go home but marnie locked the door. Jas is staying the night with Penny and marnie is with Lewis tonight.
Y/n:you don't have a key?
Shane:...no. I'm usually home before her.
I told him to use my shower and that I might have some clothes that should fit him. I like having baggy pjs so they should work. He came back out a few minutes later.
Shane:looks like the rains letting up.
Y/n:such a shame.
Shane:why?
Y/n:it was blissful chaos.
I got up and walked back in. I made some tea and got Shane a joja. He sat down with a towel around his neck.
Shane:im really glad you were home.
Y/n:yeah?
Shane:i..I missed you.
Y/n:I missed you too chicken man.
The rain started up again. I smiled and sat back on my porch, Shane followed. He sat beside me and I put my head on his shoulder.
Shane:im happy you moved here.
Y/n:im happy I did too.
Shane:y/n?
Y/n:shane
He kissed the top of my head and thunder started to roar. It shook the house and I saw lightning in the distance. Perfect chaos.
