Harvey: ok...your temperature is looking alot better, honey. How are you feeling?
Y/n:like I could use some tea and cuddles...
Harvey:i can get the tea but I have to get to work. I'm so sorry Elliot is still gone until tomorrow.
Y/n:I know, its ok. Go to work ill be ok.
Harvey kissed yn on the head and left the tea by the bedside making sure the remote was near by and snack were in the mini fridge for them. As he got to the clinic he called his husband.
Harvey:hey ell you on your way?
Elliot:yes my love. How's yn doing? I've been worried sick
Harvey:they are getting better. I think it was just a little cold but you know them.
Elliot:haha yes, well ill be at the clinic in an hour or so. Do you have what you need for the surprise?
Harvey:yeaup! A homemade dinner for 3 will be ready
Elliot:I love you
Harvey:i love you too. Be safe.
Elliot picked up some flowers special for his significant others. He headed to the clinic and hugged his husband as they planned the surprise for yn. Little did they know yn was doing the exact same.
Yn:marnie! Hey! Ok so they still think im sick, do you have the stuff?
Marnie:all ready to be put up! This is so sweet of you. If not a little mischievous.
Yn:well I didnt want Harvey knowing. And Elliot should be coming home tonight so it'll be nice. Alright, hey Shane can you start putting lights up there?
Yn, Shane, and marnie, and jas a little, all decorated the farm. Strung up lights surrounded a little area where a projector was put and movies were ready to play. Harvey had said he had plans for dinner so yn didn't bother with food. The farm looked perfect. It was 7pm and they heard their husband's coming home.
Elliot:my love....oh wow
Harvey:what...oh yoba yn...this is
Yn:happy anniversary.
Elliot:you...
Yn:I missed you so much Ell!
Yn embraced their much taller husband and he squeezed them back. Harvey smiled at the two and was pulled into the hug by yn.
Yn:don't think I didnt miss you too! So whats for dinner, doc?
Harvey:i..I planned something special give me a moment inside while you two enjoy the movie.
They nodded and Elliot and yn laid on a blanket and watched a movie, when it was over Harvey called everyone inside and before the fireplace sat a beautiful meal for 3. Everyone made jokes about his mustache but the meal was amazing and for the rest of the night they sat watching movies and listening to Elliot talk about his trip.
Yn:guys?
Elliot:yes dear?
Harvey:ya?
Yn:I love you so much.
Elliot:I love both of you as well.
Harvey:I love you two too.
