I was at the saloon, Shane was being a jerk as usual. He always mocked me and we'd sit at the bar eating and drinking and fighting. Sometimes gus would kick one of us out. Tonight was my turn to leave. I did start the fight after all. Our fights were in all honesty meaningless, we were good friends for the most part. We sat at the small lake in the forest and talked one night and I even took him to see Harvey when I found him on the cliff.

I care about him, but he can be pig headed. I passed out in my bed and in the morning went to see marnie, I wanted to get a new blue chicken that Shane made but when I got there she wasn't home. Neither was jas. I could hear Shane in his room though, ever since joja left the town he hasn't had any work.

I started to leave and felt the back of my overalls get pulled. I turned and Shane was staring at me with needy eyes.
