"..." Randy stares at the ceiling of his. Nomi hasn't come back from his visit to his old home in the Forbidden Forest. The Norisu Village to be more precise. His family are now returned into their ghost form and let Nomi to visit them whenever he wants to. Today is one of those days. Randy sighed as he took his wallet and walked out from his house.

"Without Nomi, it's getting boring..." He said to himself as he walk towards the park. As he walk around seeing the small children playing together, he noticed a certain brown hair boy with an eye patch on his right eye, hidden away with his long hair.

"Stevens Charles, what are you doing here?" Randy asked as he greets his friend with a gentle smile. Stevens look up to his friend and smiled as well.

"Hey, Randy. Just taking a breather since Heidi is busy for a while. I can't bother her or it'll interfere with her vlogs. What about you?" He explained as they both walked around together.

"Same. Nomi is visiting his family for a royal meeting. I don't know when he'll come back though. Maybe tonight or earlier. I'm not so sure." Randy said as he looks at the flowers blooming beautifully.

"I see. Man, it's been a while. Hmm, remember our deal when Heidi has a crush on Nomi and my bro was trying to get away from her?" Stevens asked jokingly as they both went back to the memory lane.

Flashback

"Hey, Randy. Let's make a deal."

"What deal?"

"If in the future, Heidi and Nomi are ended up together anyway, will you be my partner?"

"As in a couple thing?"

"We can just be friends of course, so we could support each other from the heartbreaks."

"... That's not a bad idea. Okay, it's a deal."

Flashback ended.

"Oh yeah, I remember that one. Man, that was a long time ago. Silly, right?" Randy joked and they both laughed.

"Why not we just spend our day together? While waiting for our lovers. It could be fun." Stevens suggested as he offers his hand. Randy chuckled and accept his offer. They both got ice cream, played games at the Game Hole and even joked around at a small cafe. Randy did accidentally tripped because of his sudden clumsiness and Stevens caught him before he fell down. They only stared and laughed it off, maybe with just small blushes from embarrassment. Hey, they are friends. Should be fine, right?

Oh boy, they were wrong.

They both arrived to Randy's house since Heidi, Nomi and their friends are there for dinner together. They both were surprised to see Nomi and Heidi looking at them with dead eyes towards them. They don't feel that good.

"Uh, babe? Are you okay?" Stevens asked as he went towards his girlfriend.

"Nomi, you okay?" Randy asked as well. Heidi and Nomi only clicked their tongue and walked towards the dinner table together. They don't usually do this... Nomi would always distended himself away from Heidi as much as possible without being rude.

"Did we do something wrong?" Randy asked again, wanting to know. Nomi only shook his head.

"Nothing, just family and trust business in the meeting. Nothing much. It was tiring." He said and continued to eat next to Heidi.

"Eh?" Randy was confused to the core. He doesn't understand why Nomi would act like this. He didn't even hug him. No hugs, no cuddles. Not even a smile? Why can't he feel Nomi's love towards him? He felt nothing from him...
