Randy went back to the mansion after convincing his mother about one of his belongings left in there. He walked inside to see all the curtains are opened, no light penetrating the mansion. He saw Nomi staring at at his family painting and his small tears flowing from his eyes. Randy felt something must have happen.

"Hey, um, Nomi? Can I ask you what happened when you were cursed?"  He asked as he walk towards Nomi. The redhead looked at Randy and smiled gently. So he came back, that's nice to know. His heart is beating a bit faster than before, like his heart was beating in the first place.

"Well, aren't you curious, Randy?" Nomi asked as he told Randy to sit next to him as he sat on the bench. Randy did as he told.

"Well, 800 years ago my family were killed by the hands of a Sorcerer. He placed a cursed on me when I was about to defeat him. The Vampire Curse, maybe you know about it?" Nomi explained as he looked at Randy. Randy thought a bit and nod.

"Yeah, I know that one. He placed that curse one you?" Randy pondered as he look back at the vampire redhead.

"Precisely. He placed the curse and died due to my knife that was pierced through his heart. I then was changed from inside, making the vampire blood flow through me... My eyes became from brown to yellow. It's more sharp than my old one. And I became a vampire for the next 800 years." Nomi said, his voice seems to be toned down. Randy felt sorry for him.

"Nomi..." Randy hugged him to calm Nomi down, and Nomi just placed his head on Randy's. He felt comfortable staying with Randy for some reason.

"Thank you, Randy. I appreciate it so much..." He said and hugged him back. Randy smiled slowly as he wipe away Nomi's tears. He doesn't like seeing Nomi like this. He doesn't look nice with sad tears.

"Nomi, I'll be here with you for a while. Why not we go out and you know, forget about all of this? You need a break from these stuff and see the new light." Randy said with a gentle smile. Nomi looked scared a bit.

"But Randy, I'm a vampire. I can't get myself with sunlight or anything like it." He reminded Randy about his current state. Randy smiled as he took out a long sleeve jacket, sunglasses and a sun hat.

"How about these?" He smirked.

A few hours passed and the two guys were already outside. The sun is already setting so Nomi can take off his sun protection stuff. The moon shines beautifully as the two boys walk around the park that Nomi have always wanted to go.

"Isn't it amazing, Nomi? You finally get to be free from the mansion for a day. Oh, it's dinner. Wanna come to my house and eat some steaks?" Randy asked as he pulled Nomi towards the direction of his house. Nomi wasn't so sure. What about is yellow eye?

"Are you sure, Randy? I have yellow eyes that could possibly cause a suspicion..." He said in faint whispers. Randy chuckled.

"Nomi, there's been colored contacts these days and I saw a few with yellow contact. My mom would think you are wearing those." He smiled as he pulled Nomi towards his house. Nomi can feel a flow coming from Randy's hand into his. It felt good.

'Why does my soulmate is this kind?'

"Mom, I'm home! I'm bringing a new friend." Randy said cheerfully as he walk into the kitchen. His mother is washing her hand after washing the vegetables. She smiled as she saw her son safely home.

"Welcome back, my dear. Who's that boy?" She asked as she saw Nomi. He's good looking, Randy's new boyfriend perhaps?

"He's Nomi, he just moved in recently and is pretty shy. So I helped him get used to the neighborhood. Can he eat dinner with us? He's alone and have no one else..." Randy plead with his puppy dog kitty cat eyes. His mother sighed.
