Seventeen

(SAY THE NAME!!!!)

The coffee is burning my skin and try my best not to cry. 

"That should teach you to get my order righ-

*slap*

"Don't. You. Ever. Hurt. Him."

I grab a cloth to see my manager Yeri staring her dead in the eye.

"HOW DARE YO-

*slap*

"Now you can get out and never return or have the police come and take you away" she speaks slowly and angrily.

My mother stomps out the door. 

(Okay so ya'll are probably wondering "where's jeno and jaemin" well about that.......hahahahhahahahhahahah........ sorry I forgot to put this part in so ummm here we go)

Jeno POV

"I think we've been staring at him too long huh?" I ask jaemin who is still staring at him.

"Huh?"

"Well let's just take a walk right now and let renjun work in peace."

"But-

"No buts let's go for a walk just for a little."

He nods and we get up and inform renjun we'll go on a walk and be back quickly and on the way out we see a lady enter the store who eyes us down when she sees me and Jaemin holding hands.

Me and Jaemin just laugh and walk side by side talking about how Renjun called us by our nicknames and how he pat our heads.

"Man we are head over heals for him" I say

"I believe the correct term is simp" Jaemin says as we both laugh.

"Do you think he even likes us" I say looking down

"Well I don't actually know but I hope he does" Jaemin says squeezing my hand.

"And hey if he doesn't at least we got each other right?" He asks tilting his head.

I chuckle and kiss his forehead, "Of course nana I love you" 

"Love ya too" he says doing finger guns and winking.

"What would I do without him" I think to myself while letting out a chuckle.

Third Person POV 

As Jeno and Jaemin enter the cafe they hear a scream.

"That should teach you to get my order righ-

*slap*

"Don't. You. Ever. Hurt. Him." They see the woman that previously eyed them down get slapped by a lady who wears the same uniform as Renjun.

"HOW DARE YO-

*slap*

"Now you can get out and never return or have the police come and take you away" she speaks slowly and angrily and soon after the lady then storms out of the cafe.

 Then they see Renjun covered in hot coffee burnt on his face and hands crying. Their hearts sank, they were both so mad at the lady who did that to him. 

Jeno almost went after the lady to make her pay but Jaemin held his hand and softly whispers, "It's not worth it nono.... something that is worth it is helping renjun."

They both rush over to renjun and take off his mask and dry him off.

"Where does it hurt injunnie" Jaemin says desperately trying to help Renjun.

"M-my h-h-hands and m-my face" he says trembling and tears fall down his eyes.

Jeno wipes Renjuns hands and face to reveal burns placed all over them. Seeing this shatters Jaemin and Jeno's hearts.

"Here let me get ice" Yeri says

"Oh um hi my names Yeri I work with Renjun" she says introducing herslelf and then quickly getting ice.

"Injunnie I'm sorry we weren't here to protect you sooner" Jeno says as they both look down at themselves disappointed.

Renjun stops crying and hugs them both at the same time surprising both of them, "Don't apologize you guys are here now and that's all that matters"

As much as they liked the hug they felt guilty because renjun was trembling so badly. They quickly hug Renjun back and he eventually stops shaking. 

"Okay I feel like I'm kinda forth wheeling so I'm gonna go" Yeri awkwardly laughs.

Yeri POV

I awkwardly shuffle to the nearest corner. I silently squeal looking at the three hugging. Oh man I gotta show the rest of the girls this they're so cuteeeee. I can't believe he got 2 boyfriends and I can't even get one.....Lucky. Renjun's all grown up...you'd be proud of him sicheng...wherever the hell you are.
