Walking along the chain of stores, your pupils dilate concentrating on each and every fruit, vegetable, meat and brands of wine.

You were buying few important items for the grand ball with very little money and you didn't want one little cut or a rotten patch in the veggies you brought. That'd put you in a state of distress when you'll have to cook.

Yes, Jungkook was a penny pincher and you weren't surprised, given his behaviour of saving everything, every time, everywhere. This wasn't any new.

You've come to know it's become his habit by the way he saves the remaining food for his little pets though he's the son of the mayor. Even saving a piece of cloth after its cutting still has you thinking about the times you wasted bundles of clothes while learning how to sew, though you never got a hang of it unfortunately.

You were always interested in doing physical activities like archery, sword fighting, horse riding but your father never gave you an opportunity to learn any of these activities.

Getting your hand on the forbidden things gave a rush of adrenaline to your veins and it pleasured you the way nothing could ever do. Not even the sexual thoughts came to your mind back then. Or you were too innocent with minimal information.

In the name of game-pleasure, you were even caught red-handed more than a few times, trying to learn materialistic fighting with the guards who never had a clue that you lied about your father ordering you to learn self defense.

Your father was a strict man, pointing-ly in these things.

Always wanting you to behave like a good, innocent girl, treating you like a princess locked up in one of the tallest towers. You were tired of playing doll houses, draping clothes, house-house with the same two girls for more than a decade. And maybe that was one of the many factors why you ran away from your hometown.

Stopping infront of one of the biggest stores in this part of the market along with your train of thoughts, you enter the area which gives a chill breeze because of the stone ceiling above. You sigh in relief, wiping the sweat that already appeared on your forehead because of the sunny bright light outside.

There were numerous aisles, each filled with different types of cooking ingredients and the other necessities, all arranged in a specific order to look good for their customers.

There were only few people walking in and out of the store and there was much less noise compared to the outside.

I think I should start from the right. Right is always right!! You got this y/n!

You walk through each aisle, focusing on the flaws of each ingredient closely and taking the ones with the least flaws in the small cloth bag you brought.

By the time you were at the last aisle of the shop which happened to be the aisle of alcohols, the cloth bag and even your arms were full of food supplies.

I just gotta pick the best wine bottle from my left hand somehow and then I'm free to get outta here.

You mentally cheer yourself and do a little dance for the job almost being over.

"Which is the best here.. Mm.." you whisper lowly as you walk further along the aisle where a man was looking at few bottles of wine.

"Finally! found you" you cheekily smile, finding the kind of wine you've been searching for minutes. This was really a hard job. Shopping with a little amount of money in a very little time for a grand ball which is going to be announced any moment was no joke. You were happy but still nervous about the outcome.

Stretching your fingers as to not drop the glass bottles on to the hard, uneven floor, you move your arm a little forward to reach the top rack which is a little higher than your height. Hopefully you won't be dropping everything on the floor. Yet.
