"Bro, congrats! Simula na ng trabaho ni Thalia rito bukas. Makakasama muna ulit baby mo."

I was seriously reading something on my laptop when, all of a sudden, I heard someone speak out of the blue. I searched for that voice and saw Elizzer looking at me with a teasing smile.

I shook my head and rested my back on the backrest of the swivel chair. I was even swaying my right leg back and forth while both my thighs were crossed.

I bit my lower lip to restrain myself from smiling. I've been waiting for this moment for so long. And it's happening now.

I got out of my car the moment I reached my company. When my feet got into the spot near the entrance, I saw the woman I admire yelling at Corpuz.

"E, trabaho lang rin naman 'yong pinunta ko rito!" galit na sigaw niya.

Huminto ako sa likuran niya at hindi nagpakita sa gwardya ng kompanya ko. I could almost hear Thalia gasping; she became too hot-headed at this age.

To Ms. Gualvez: Kanino mo pinasundo?

From Ms. Gualvez: Sa karibal mo since college ><

I lazily narrowed my eyes. Karibal ko since college? Sinu-sino doon?

To Ms. Gualvez: I won't go.

From Ms. Gualvez: Okays, kay Lure siya whole night ><

To Ms. Gualvez: On my way.

I moved my eyeballs around the corner of my eyes after reading her message, then dropped my phone down the table.
