"You called for me Lara-san?" Kakashi appeared with his anbu mask to the side.
"I need you to watch the babies for me," Lara answered and looked around for her jounin jacket.
"But I have to go help them stop the en-" A confused Kakashi looked around in a rush. "Kashi, I'll go instead, I just need you to watch my babies until I come back." She cut him off. "Why me though? You could've left them in so many places?" He inquired. "Don't worry about that."
"You're hiding something from me aren't you? But what if something happens to you!" He shouted. "Nothing is going to happen to me, I'm stronger than you think." She said as she walked to the crib and looked at the sleeping babies. She smiled at them while tears fell from her eyes.
"B-but still what if something happens and you're gone just like them?" He hesitated.
Don't think so negative Kashi. All I'm going to do is give Daisuke a little help and I'll be back before you know it." She said and walked up to Kakashi after wiping her eyes. "Still anything ca-"
"You worry too much." She put her jounin vest and walked up to him and smiled. "I'll be back soon, just take care of them for me please."
"Why do you keep saying 'I'll be back soon?" Kakashi asked suspiciously. Ignoring him she grabbed her weapons and shoved it in her pockets.
"Looks like its time for me to go. Tell my babies I love them and tell Kaiya her parents love her very much." A sad smile appeared on her face before she disappeared.
"Wait you still didn't answer my question!" He yelled only to notice its just him in the babies. 'This feels like a goodbye,' he thought.
