"There are a lot of people who has passed by our life, some are just kind strangers who eventually walk away, some people walk with us through our journey yet sometimes we have to let them go, some people without realizing their presence they see us through every part of our life, and that's how any human life is. We just gotta accept the results of every stage. And I can so relate to that. I'd say that I was just an average teenager discovering the world in an extraordinary road."
Levi no set on the couch right in front of Song who was noting down everything.
"I'm just happy with everything that had happened in my life, I don't regret anything, I don't wanna change anything that had happened . . . And . . . I've . . learnt a lot of good things through bad times and that had made me the woman, the adult I am today." She took a deep breath.
"You are THE WOMAN Levi, the woman the world needs", Song smiled. "I'm gonna put my everything in this book and let the world know your story."
"I'm just a 23 year old and I didn't ask my biography to be written", Levi explained.
"You are not just a 23 year old and yeah I personally want the world to know the life story of my extraordinary little cousin sister, as a writer and I know it's worth it", Song stood up and walked near the window. "You have a lot of fans out there and I'm sure they'll love this idea. So please CO-O-PE-RATE."
"And you are gonna be the bestselling author Song, I'm positive about it."
"Thank you Levi. I'm gonna start my work so, you won't see me for some weeks or maybe months, I'll be busy."
Levi no stood up and pushing he hair at the back she said, "Alright, I'll take my leave, Sir Jeong Song. All the best for everything."
"Sure and I'll call you when I need some answers from my protagonist ma'am", he chuckled and waved as Levi no walked out of the room.
"And yeah", he added, stopping her from taking another step. "You are doing better, I'm not your therapist but I can say you are doing great."
She moved on with her life. Drey's death left a deep sorrow but that didn't stop her because she promised him to live her life to the fullest.
"How was it?", Miles asked as she hopped into the car.
"It was great, now all we gotta do is wait." she smiled at him and kissed him on his cheeks, "Now take me home I've got some things to cover up."
"Wouldn't you just move into my home and make it our home." Miles said as he started the ignition.
"It wouldn't be nice if we move in together without being married", she replied.
"But this is America."
"But I am Asian , now drive and take me home", she smiled.
Miles pouted and started to drive, "So when is it gonna happen?"
"What?"
"When are you gonna marry me?", he asked.
"Don't worry Miles, I won't run away. I am just not ready for marriage."
"I'm not forcing you with anything love."
Miles stopped the car and opened his window. "Why did you stop the car?", Levi asked in confusion.
"I love this woman and I'm gonna marry her no matter how long I'll have to wait for her!!!!", he shouted to the people walking at the streets.
Levi tried to stop him but he was already so into it, the people laughed and wished him luck.
"Are you crazy? You're so unexpected Miles", she smiled. "No matter how long? Alright than get ready to wait till we turn sixty."
"I can do that. Just kidding, I can't"
"Even Elle isn't married yet." Miles started to drive again.
"But I'm glad that he is finally dating. It took him so long to get over Anne", said Miles concentrating on the road.
Levi no faced the window and closed he eyes. She let the sun kiss her face and felt the wind brushing her skin and her hair flying free.
"Anne was an amazing girl but he can't hold on to her forever. There must be another girl to make him feel loved once again." she smiled.
Her past, her life and everything that she went through could never be forgotten but as time passed by and she moved on, all that had happened never bothered her anymore, she lived her life as it was suppose to be, one journey after another, people coming and going. Sometimes she was hurt but not for the same reason again. Never again.
