"Tom?" Molly says and opens the door to the bedroom. Tom lies on the bed, clutching his blankets.

"Are you okay?"

"I'm just tired, Molly."

"You've been tired since Wednesday. Come on, are you doing this again?"

"Doing what?"

"Are you having trouble?"

"With what, Molly?"

"With... getting out of bed."

"No."

"You haven't showered since Wednesday either. Why don't you take a nice bath because I'm sure you're-"

"My muscles are sore."

"I know they are. And you're sure they didn't hurt you?"

"No, Molly, just aches and pains, I have them all the time."

"Okay." Molly sighs. "How about I draw you a nice bath?"

"I don't want a bath."

"You need to get out of bed."

"I'm sore, Molly, alright? I want to lie down."

"A bath will make you feel better."

"I have to move, I'd say that it'll make me worse."

"What's wrong?"

"It feels like I was hit by a bus."

"Thomas-"

"For the 90th time, no, they didn't do anything to me."

"I have to ask, listen to yourself. I know you're not drinking so it's not like you're hungover."

"I'm not hungover and they didn't hurt me. I don't feel good because I'm tired."

"Lily wants to see you."

"Then she can come in here and see me." Tom shrugs.

"She wants to do something with you."

"Well she needs to understand that I don't feel well right now and I'm the adult. I'm staying in bed."

"Thomas." Molly repremands.

"What?"

"She's 5 years old. Really?"

"I don't understand why you're getting upset with me."

"You don't understand why I'm upset because you're being rude about my child?"

"Our child, and I'm not rude."

"Do you need me to make an appointment with Dr. Olsen for you?"

"No, don't do that."

"Are you sure because I genuinely think that you need it."

"For what?"

"Honey, you... you were almost hurt the other day."

"And I'm over it."

"No, you're not. Over it is not hiding away for days."

"It's just been three days."

"Three more than necessary. I understand if you're still a little shaken, those bruises were dark. They clearly terrified you and I don't blame you for feeling that way, but honey, it's important to step up and get help if you need it."

"I don't want to." Tom grumbles into the pillow.

Molly sits down next to him, placing a hand in his back. He slightly flinches, but calms down quickly.
